Most likely result: contractors with DEM political contributions will be rewarded with contracts.

Political contributions should never be revealed lest they influence the award of the contract.

Even if there is no overt manipulation of crony capitalism, there will be the perception that donations to the Dems will help a contractor get the contract and so contibutions to the Dems will go up.
