Um, I think it is the pResident and only the pResident who can give cross border authorization to the rescue forces. He went to bed and left the possibility at zero level, so the slaughter was going to unfold for as long as it would take the Islamic slime to murder and rape the remaining people he left to sway in the wind, OR the Libyans were going to stop the carnage. As it turned out, our own Benghazi forces were able to get survivors to a more defensible compound and the Libyans sent a C130 for transporting the wounded and survivor securtity out of Benghazi. Little barry bastard boy did what he has done his entire sleazy life, he avoided having to cast a vote. But he misc alculated, this time his inaction IS an act that cause the death of Americans and wounding of many who eventually got evaced by the Libyans not the American resources. He has shown himself feckless and if that image had surfac ed before the Nov11 election he would likely be on retirement now. Of course, the democrips could probably have still cheated the election sufficiently to get him re-elected, but the republicants would have entered 2013 with huge momentum, politically, to dump obammycare, etc.

My sincere sympathies. LOL Actually, I will always love it, it’s my home. But I really wish they’d get a clue. Used to be blue collar, union Dems but now it’s full-blown liberal nut jobs that like locusts consume everything and everywhere.
The area has NEVER lived up to it’s potential because of liberal corrupt politics. It’s perfectly situated with the river and centralized to so many other places. But one only need look at the road and school conditions to know the tax dollars are lining pockets rather than improving infrastructure.
It’s really really sad to me.
