Progressive Group: IRS Gave Us Conservative Groups' Confidential Docs
Breitbart ^

Posted on 05/14/2013 8:40:00 AM PDT by Perdogg

The progressive-leaning investigative journalism group ProPublica says the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) office that targeted and harassed conservative tax-exempt groups during the 2012 election cycle gave the progressive group nine confidential applications of conservative groups whose tax-exempt status was pending.

That’s what I keep wondering—why all of this stuff is just coming out...

Their house is on fire. The media is turning. The first witnesses get amnesty. They are picking sides.

The media can no longer contain the damage. They are overwhelmed. I don't think it is a matter of things "just coming out." They avoided the gun running. They blacked out Gosnel. They re-wrote and lobbied for Obamacare. They glossed over Executive Orders. They avoided Obama's past like the plague. Suddenly the only news is scandal after scandal. They can't find a fall back story because celebrities are behaving.

Obama needs a war to break out to save him (or have the media bail him out) at this point.

ON A SIDE NOTE: It is painfully clear that this Administration is against the people thus Congress needs to immediately order the confiscation of the BILLION + rounds of ammo the DHS has purchased before this government starts using it on us.

The administration orders the irs to harass conservative groups. It tells the irs to give information to groups that it’s friendly with. It allows Americans to die in Libya rather than annoy its buddies. It condemns police who arrest people of the wrong race. It refuses to prosecute voting site harassment. It gets on TV and shows support for a young thug. It refuses to condemn the Boston terror attack but tells people not to judge everyone of a certain creed. It writes in a book that it was born in Kenya and then claims that it was born in the USA.

Something is rotten in the state of Denmark?

It is possible Obama was clueless staying above the fray and that Jarrett ordered all of this..

The person 'doing all this' is not Obama. It is the most powerful man in our government. The one nobody hears about. The one nobody notices.

For instance, here he is sitting in the KEY COMMAND position between The General and the Secretary of State. He was in charge during the Bin Laden fiasco, and he was in charge while Obama was asleep during the Benghazi fiasco. He is the MAN BEHIND THE THRONE (source: Wikipedia) and he publicly STATED that he was the one IN CHARGE during these incidents.

This was a very widespread PHOTO on the internet, and especially FR, and yet, NO ONE NOTICES THE GUY, or that he is sitting where OBAMA should have been.

I am so suspicious of this and all the other info that’s coming to light. What’s going on?

First, THANK YOU both for PROVING MY POINT.

Chief of Staff Denis McDonough

Denis McDonough is currently serving as the President Barack Obama’s Chief of Staff, a position he assumed in February 2013. Prior to assuming this role, he served as the Deputy National Security Advisor from October 2010 to January 2013. He also served as the Chief of Staff of the National Security Staff and as the Deputy National Security Advisor for Strategic Communications.

Prior to arriving at the White House, McDonough served as a senior advisor on foreign policy issues on the Presidential Transition Team and on President Obama’s 2008 campaign. Prior to that, he was a Senior Fellow at the Center for American Progress. McDonough has also worked in the Congress, including as Foreign Policy Advisor for Senate Democratic Leader Tom Daschle.

Are either of you familiar with the CENTER FOR AMERICAN PROGRESS (CAP) ?

Any thoughts on why they would reveal this?

I looked into ProPublica's side of it. They state they contacted the IRS immediately and were repeatedly ignored and then told it was only a minor mistake.

I suspect they came forward for two reasons: first, to be the knowing recipient of this stuff is to be very vulnerable to legal action and to end up holding the bag when the denials start from the IRS, and second, because part of their mission is to be a watchdog for precisely this sort of thing.

I think there is a tendency in some quarters in DC to consider this sort of thing borderline legal and one of the perquisites of office. It isn't anything of the sort, it's quite a bit like sending the army after political opponents, and I suggest that most of the people behind it aren't quite old enough to remember Richard Nixon getting burned for it. Or perhaps they felt they'd never be caught, or that they could bluster their way out of it. They're trying the latter now.

He looks like Rahm. Re: Benghazi, it is rumored that he, McDonough, during the phone conversation that Barry was having with Bibi, gave the STAND DOWN order because Barry was occupied with his phone conversation and was NOT to be bothered. This timing is consistent with time in Washington and actual time in Libya.

I'm sure Valerie is more responsible for Zero's public statements than he is himself, as she pens and/or approves TOTUS scripts.

A family member, who is a mid-level manager at the IRS in KC, tells me every peek at or manipulation of electronic tax records is logged. Assuming so, this shouldn't require any lengthy investigation, unless there's been some tampering with the log.

I am not familiar with that organization, so I did a search and read this, ‘Podesta filled literally hundreds of key administration positions with left wing true believers, many of whom are far to the left of President Obama.’

Thanks for the heads-up.

My guess too. I think he went one too far with some of the things going on with Benghazi. Whoever or whatever is behind it all, it’s a beautiful thing to behold. Truth coming out.

No, I don’t think anyone “ordered” this.

I think this was a bunch of ‘useful idiots’ doing exactly what they were indoctrinated to do...
