Would he have to deceive the American people by lying about Obamacare not being a tax solely for purposes of getting it passed in Congress then arguing it as a tax before the Supreme Court of the United States? Surprise, IT'S THE HIGHEST TAX INCREASE IN AMERICAN HISTORY; 21 NEW TAXES!

Would he have to continue to amend, change, alter, and modify the Obamacare law without consent of Congress?

Would he have to assign Susan Rice to lie about Benghazi on the Sunday news programs multiple times then proclaim "she has nothing to do with Benghazi"?

Would he have to say he wasn't aware that Benghazi survivors were being prevented from speaking to Congress?

Would he have to resume campaigning in Las Vegas one day after a terrorist attack on a United States Embassy in Libya?

Would he have to refuse to meet with Bibi Netanyahu of Israel, concerning the nuclear Iran threat, while instead appearing on various TV shows including The View?

Would he have to say "The future does not belong to those who slander the Prophet Mohammed"?. Shouldn't our president be an ADVOCATE for free speech in America, instead of condeming it?

Would he have to force closure of mostly conservative-operated automobile dealerships in favor of keeping open dealerships mostly run by donors to his campaign?

Would he have to illegally pressure the Dept. of Energy to give his associates at Solyndra a loan for their lavishly appointed but failed project? Was Solyndra a money-laundering operation?

Would he have to label Muslim Major Hasan's massacre at Ft. Hood "workplace violence" instead of a terrorist attack?

Would he have to repeatedly play down Islamic extremism as the enemy in the War on terror by refusing to say 'terrorist attack' and removing all references to Islam from U.S. military training manuals? Did Obama's subversive policies and unwillingness to profile Muslims prevent the FBI from stopping the Boston bombing?

Would he have to be consistently derelict in holding any of his agency heads accountable for any of their crimes, including Janet Napolitano and Eric Holder? Why do these individuals still have their jobs after having committed perjury before Congress and other, more serious crimes?

Would he have to permit a Muslim cleric to desecrate Navy SEALs at their own memorial service?

Obama recently warned the graduating class of Ohio State University to "reject voices" warning of government tyranny. It is clear that America is now under the rule of a regime that is immune from any form of punishment by Congress. Is that not Tyranny?

While it might be just barely possible to impeach Obama (only requires a majority vote in the House), it is impossible to convict him. The Senate Democrats are completely partisan (unlike ‘Pubbie idiots like Rubio and McCain) and would not convict Obama if he murdered someone in front of them while addressing the combined House and Senate.
