I’m very sorry, but I don’t know why it’s failing. The credit cards are processed by a credit card company. My guess is it’s returning an erroneous error code and the address is probably not the problem. Maybe try again later? But thank you very much.

FWIW, I've got my monthly contribution set up in auto pay at the bank. Never have to do anything.
