DOJ on 'gays': 'Silence will be interpreted as disapproval'
WND ^ | 5/17/13 | Matt Barber

Under President Obama, “justice” is anything but blind. Neither is it deaf. In fact, based on recent revelations, it appears to be watching your every move and listening to your every word. Still, if you happen to be a federal employee, now it’s even listening for your silence.

The only thing this Obama White House seems to generate is scandal. Well, here’s yet another to add to the growing list. In addition to the Benghazi cover-up, IRS targeting of political dissenters and the illegal seizure of media phone records, whistleblowers within DOJ have contacted Liberty Counsel to express grave concerns over this administration’s latest attack on freedom. Our sources have provided Liberty Counsel an internal DOJ document titled: “LGBT Inclusion at Work: The 7 Habits of Highly Effective Managers.” It was emailed to DOJ managers in advance of the left’s so-called “Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender (LGBT) Pride Month.”

The document is chilling. It’s riddled with directives that grossly violate – prima facie –employees’ First Amendment liberties.

Following are excerpts from the “DOJ Pride” decree. When it comes to “LGBT pride,” employees are ordered:

“DON’T judge or remain silent. Silence will be interpreted as disapproval.” (Italics mine)

That’s a threat.

And for those who thing the homo agenda is a narrow issue and doesn't affect anyone - here's evidence to the contrary. Silence means you have homophobia, and will be subject to discipline. Well, that's just at the DOJ, you say? And who wants to work there? Well, I guess no one but blakc racist homosexuals along with dwarfs, the mentally unfit and schizophrenics (they were hiring the last three specically, last year, no lie.) And then - silence at schools will be punishable, and on and one. What's after that, you may ask? Well, I guess mandatory participation.

Anyone wnat on/off either ping list, freepmail me. And also, I think there is alnother alternative to Visigoths or acquiesence, and I think more of the American public disagrees with this svil than people realize.

This lawless administration is now ordering federal employees – against their will – to affirm sexual behaviors that every major world religion, thousands of years of history and uncompromising human biology reject.

We have all become “extras” in a grand political play. We are used as backdrops. Played with like toys. Personal tragedies are used for political gain. Politicians dance in the blood of victims to advance their cause or position. We have become the “red shirts” of Star Trek.

Quite insidious actually.

The only way that I can see for the clock to be reversed here is by letting the Visigoths breach the walls and for this world to be plunged back into utter darkness for a few hundred years.

We'll be lucky if it's just a "few" hundred.

I went to the link in the story to the actual DOJ handout.

Yeah, I’ll get flamed for suggesting this is not as inflammatory as some of us think, but I don’t think it’s as inflammatory as some of us might think.

Reading it in context, the ‘silence equals disapproval’
line appears to mean the gay employee will take your silence as disapproval of their lifestyle, not a threat from a higher authority. And so on, it appears to be a suggestion manual, not mandatory.

Anyone else, please have a look, see if you agree.

So as not to be held guilty of hate via silence, I will note that a fabulous, famous man was gay. Hitler. Many wise and smart gay people brought him to power.

“Reading it in context, the ‘silence equals disapproval’

Even mentioning “silence equals disapproval” is emotional blackmail giving assent to thought control.

You are no longer privy to your own thoughts and should you not actively give assent, you are perceived as disapproving.

The perception that you disapprove is contrary to the governments policy.

It may not be mandatory on its face, but it is mandatory in practice.

As my Mama said, “If you can’t say anything nice, don’t say anything at all.”

She would be a thought criminal under this jerk.

“DON’T judge or remain silent. Silence will be interpreted as disapproval.”

How dare they! No man nor government will ever tell me that which I may or may not disapprove. In fact, I disapprove of the government trying to force this on me!

If it hurts their feelings, too effing bad!

Hate crime.

The new blasphemy laws. Like saying the man made global climate change is bad science, it will get you killed.

Though I wonder what they will use for a green execution method. And no, I am not being sarcastic. This is a religion, and they will start cracking down harder and harder till they start killing. Sooner or later, they will.

This doesn’t bother you?

“Talk openly and positively about your colleagues, friends and family who are LGBT.”

If my daughter came out as a lesbian, or my son as a “transgender”, I’d tell them to their face that they are swimming in a moral cesspool. I’ll be damned if someone would have the right to tell me to talk about them “openly and positively”. An employer does not have the right to overrule my religious beliefs. My right to believe in the religion of my choice IS in the US Constitution. The right to have everyone else praise you for sexual behavior of any sort is not.

How about this for someone who tells you he is a faggot, or a woman trapped in a man’s body who is now a woman with a penis:

“DON’T judge or remain silent. Silence will be interpreted as disapproval. DO respond with interest and curiosity. Asking respectful questions will set a positive, supportive tone.”

Whatever happened to “Shut the hell up and get back to work!”? Or, “I have ZERO interest in your sex life, and NO interest in telling you about mine!” ?

We all know where this is headed.

In North Korea when the Dear Leader is introduced in the Assembly, everybody claps loudly and enthusiastically (even for hours) until the Dear Leader tells them to stop. Anyone who flags in enthusiasm or stops early is demoted and sent to the prison camps.

Who says this Administration doesn't know what they are doing and is merely "incompetent"?

So, being silent is now a crime. If you’re silent on 0b0z0’s policies, it’s wonderful. You’re now ordered to “speak” positively about the communist agenda or else. That didn’t even happen in the good ol’ USSR!

What about the silence in Congressional hearings?

What about the silence when faggots are raping males in the military?

It’s the case of 0b0z0 leading from HIS behind.

I think it’s time for Americans who are “silent” about the campaign to “silence” them to rise up and open their mouths, otherwise, they will get prosecuted for “silence!”

The latest revelations of the IRS demands for back-door access, no pun intended 0kaka, to conservative websites to enable the Gestapo to read member pages, posts and emails, are so outrageous that keeping “silent” about them is indeed a crime against this Republic and what it stands for.

It’s probably the last window to show our outrage en masse before the numerous scandals are “managed” to dilute each other with the help of the spineless Republicans.

It’s now or never.

The handout “LGBT Inclusion at Work: The 7 Habits of Highly Effective Managers” is a prime example of an unauthorized work document that would never pass a business process audit. It has no identification of where it is from, when it was issued, or who authorized it. Of course that’s probably the point so the DOJ managers can deny any knowledge of it should it anyone question it.

I can’t stand faggots that think because they sodomize each other they are somehow privileged. Next, we’ll be told people that hump dogs, goats, and horses are protected.

In North Korea a person could be put to death if they did not show the "proper" amount of anguish when "Dear Leader" died. They called it "insufficient grief", punishable by death. This is typical of liberals: "Do what we want or else!"
