The communist and Marxist politicians ( both Demo and RINO) are laughing at us and these sheriffs.
My prediction: The sheriffs will have “no standing”.
The **POINT** Obama’s fake birth certificate, the IRS and other agency bullying, and other outrages, is that the communists and Marxist politicians ( RINO and Demo) are flagrantly and opening taunting and mocking us.
There’s standing, because now that the bills are laws, it is certain that the sheriffs will have the burden of enforcing them. This certainty means the injury is not speculative, and the burden of enforcement is sufficient person injury to sustain standing. (The birther lawsuits we’re always a joke; they’re not precedent for anything because no one serious ever cared about them.)
