I know Dylan, and have worked with him on a couple of campaigns.
He is locally established on the Big Island now, where he hails
from. No one in Cincinnati could have known about him, in my estimation.
What I believe happened was that his name was forwarded by a Democrat
operative here in Hawaii. The IRS must be working with local Democrats
to gather lists of individuals across the country to target.
