The growing stream of funerals suggests that in Qusayr, Hezbollah is asking followers for their deepest sacrifice in Syria yet, one that it has no choice but to embrace and explain. The exact toll is unclear, as Hezbollah does not always announce deaths right away or specify dates and locations.

The unusually vicious intensity in which Hezbollah is involved in the war against the rebels amid their willingness to accept the high casualties they're subjecting themselves to, emphatically demonstrates the desperation in which Iran considers the survival of Assad, and their Alawite allies, key to their own survival.

The enmity between the majority Sunni and the approximately 15% of which comprise the Shi'ite population has always been one of extreme, vituperative hatred, having fueled the egregious viciousness in which they've battled each other ever since Muhammad emerged from the fiery pits of Hades.

Especially in Lebanon, with the Christian population comprising 41%, The Sunni and Shia comprise near identical percentage with about 27%, the Sunnis harbor extreme hatred towards the Shia Hezbollah, proxy of Iran, for the way they've usurped power in Lebanon at their expense and are waiting for the right moment to avenge Nasrallah and his gang of thugs, if and when the tide turns against Hezbollah.

The internecine fighting going on in the Islamic world with Israel in the placid eye of the furious hurricane illustrations of grisly cannibalism abound in a way that emphatically demonstrates how despite talk to the contrary, Israel is far afield as the cause of Mid-East instability it gets blamed for.

Watching what goes on in the battle for Syria, shows why these Neanderthal savages will forever be mired in the 7th Century fairyland they so desperately long for.

They will die in large groups because they lack basic tactics.

"...killed in battle not with Israel, the foe the group’s guerrillas train to fight, but with Syrian rebels."

Poorly written. He was killed fighting the Assad Regime, not Syrian rebels. Could've taken 2 seconds to clear this up.
