ALISO VIEJO - A 29-year-old man was behind bars today on suspicion of trying to drag a teenage girl out of a bookstore in Aliso Viejo, a sheriff's spokesman said.

Saif Mohamed Moussa was booked on suspicion of kidnapping and child annoyance and was being held in lieu of $100,000 bail, said Jim Amormino of the Orange County Sheriff's Department.

A 17-year-old girl was shopping in the Barnes & Noble store at 26751 Aliso Creek Road about 2 p.m. Saturday when Moussa wrapped her up in a bear hug and started walking her to the front door, Amormino alleged.

I think you are on to something. Wonder how closely they are watching him now or even his past.

"He said he intended to marry her."
I guess that makes it all right.

The strangest part is that there was an actual brick and mortar book store. He stopped in to get some Danielle Steele books, and decided to get a bride instead. What if he used Kindle?

Well, we would have to abandon our Constitution to ban Islam. Not that we respect it that much as it is.

“....then again, we, as citizens of this great country, can demand a ban of Islam in this nation of ours....”

.
Wish you were right.

This aberration called Islam enjoys the same protection and more in our country than legitimate religions do.

Not ban it but not submit to their ‘ideas of their culture’ when seeking USA justice. Our culture is Our Constitution.

Maybe, just maybe, the era of lynching wasn’t as unreasonable as people make it out to have been.

I think you are on to something...

Human sex-trafficking is rampant. The church on the whole has turned a blind eye to this evil.

I don’t see Islam being protected by our Constitution...Islam is not a religion - it’s a an entire culture that is bent on destroying the very document that enables them to come to the US and practice the religious part. Despite this, once the other elements begin to infect the political, economic, and social structures and then demands an end to freedoms of those citizens not Moslem, then their rights given by the Constitution become null and void. Islam becomes in effect, a hostile force, be it, domestic or foreign, and then legally be labeled as an enemy to the state.

There’s more detail to this small explanation - but that’s the sequence one should follow to outlaw and ban this destructive element. They have shown through their own actions and deeds that a system like the US currently has, will always be destroyed and replaced with a Sharia compliant form of rule. It’s not my fault I think this way, but theirs for repeatedly conducting destructive actions that uproot and replace what was a traditional society with their own perverted form of violence and intolerance.

I’m sure you agree - I’m just writing this for others to read...

Prison convert, I'd put money on it . Now he's out and probably can't afford to legally change his name back.

Clearly this 17-year-old girl needs a full course of mandatory cultural sensitivity training. /s

The perp, on the other hand, needs to be made to watch his severed genitals be fed to hungry pigs.

Where in the Constitution does it talk about being something being “legally labelled an enemy of the state.”
