Attorney General Eric Holder signed off on a controversial search warrant that identified Fox News reporter James Rosen as a “possible co-conspirator” in violations of the Espionage Act and authorized seizure of his private emails, a law enforcement official told NBC News on Thursday.

Wouldn’t Massachusetts be without a governor if Deval Patrick became Attorney General? There was a thread about that a day or two ago—apparently the lieutenant governor is stepping down and there is no way to replace him. Besides, there are plenty of other black lawyers in the US so Obama would not have to pick Deval Patrick to be the next AG. That’s that woman in California he praised recently for her looks.
