The issue I have with Rush’s logic is that Tea Partiers seem to have firm opinions. I doubt a lack of campaigning by 501c’s would have kept them home from the polls.

The rigged ballot boxes seems more believable.

I don’t think there is any one single “but for” reason that 0bama is in the white house. It’s a combination of several factors, all of which are bad and most of which seem to be part of long term trends that will be difficult to reverse. Some of the reasons:

1. A dumbed down American electorate lacking critical thinking skills;

2. A greedy American electorate who have been bribed with their own money, or the money of others that they have not earned;

3. A national “news”/media/entertainment complex that serves as the de facto propaganda arm of the democrat/communist party;

4. A Republican Party that is controlled by statist elites, which nominates lifeless loser candidates who offer no real alternative to the democrat statists;

5. Electoral fraud in most urban areas.

You can add IRS repression and the corruption of the apparatus of government as democrat party organs. It’s all the same.

It is my theory that Axelrod orchestrated the IRS targeting tactic to suppress the grassroot effort the get out the vote.

Just like the voter intimidation in Detroit by the Black Panthers,

In 2008? Philly.

I dunno, the members of my local Tea Party had a hard time supporting Romney. We held our noses and voted, but other than local candidates who did very well, there was a distinct lack of enthusiasm. No cheerleading for Mitt.

With the crappy campaign romney-Ryan ran, I wouldn’t be surprised.

Would he have won a completely honest election? Even with the crappy campaign Romney-Ryan ran, I doubt it.

The IRS abuse was just one level of the dishonesty and corruption in the 2012 election.

Yes I agree. If you can target the fraud precisely an election can be stolen with very small numbers. This I think, is exactly what was done.

The IRS was one cog in the Machine: ACORN, Voter Fraud, No ID requirement, IRS not allowing opposing voices to be heard, news reporters under intimidation, etc...and it all adds up.

A few thousand votes here, a few thousand there and it adds up quickly.

He may escape Jail, but not Hell.

I could not figure out where the Tea Party went, either. Now we know. Of course the election was stolen, just like the next one will be. Why do you think they are drying up the ammunition supply and trying to confiscate guns?
