PHOENIX (Reuters) - A federal judge on Friday found hardline Arizona lawman Joe Arpaio had violated the constitutional rights of Latino drivers in his crackdown on illegal immigration, and ordered him to stop using race as a factor in law enforcement decisions.
The ruling against the Maricopa County sheriff came in response to a class-action lawsuit brought by Hispanic drivers that tested whether police can target illegal immigrants without racially profiling Hispanic citizens and legal residents.
U.S. District Court Judge Murray Snow ruled that the sheriff's policies violated the drivers' constitutional rights and ordered his office to cease using race or ancestry as a grounds to stop, detain or hold occupants of vehicles - some of them in crime sweeps dubbed "saturation patrols."

Considering all the recent revelations that the Obama regime unfairly targets the Tea party, religious, the AP and FOX news reporters, this could be an opportunity to make the case that the lawsuit against Arpaio may be retaliation by the Obama DOJ for Arpaio’s Cold Case Posse criminal investigation that proves Obama’s birth certificate posted at the White House web site is an indisputable fake.
Strike while the iron is hot folks. Wherever this Arpaio story is posted, refer readers to ORYR or your own favorite videos and websites that show Obama is a fraud.

The judge, Murray Snow is a Mormon lackey who did his missionary 2 years in Latin America and speaks fluent Spanish. The LDS is 100% behind amnesty, and was also behind the recall and defeat of DB1070 author Russell Pearce 2 years ago. Snow’s ruling was a disgusting display of reverse racism - giving special immunity from prosecution for so-called “Latinos”, which is a non-existent term.
I’ve seen two with white females. I don’t recall any with a black, Hispanic, etc. driver.

I find it even more amazing that if you decide to turn off before the check point, then that is grounds for pulling you over. Couldn’t your decision to turn around simply be to avoid the delay?

(Note I have never been ticketed at a check point. Just harassed. Cops have trouble with lap belts w/o shoulder harnesses in a 1975 van. It usually takes a sergeant to tell them it’s okay. They also profile motorcyclists. If it’s just a seat belt check and let cars go through slowly, they always stop me to check my papers.)
Joe can use his “sweeps” resources to go after ID fraud Identity theft ALL DAY LONG. This is where the action is. Since you are going after illegal hiring and the buisinesses will be the “target”...great legal firewall.Let them drive and focus on this instead. Double the sweeps in this area. THIS MAKES THEM NUTS as it racks up felonies and if the traitors pass amnesty they can’t be included.
I Live in Southern CA. A few weeks ago my Boss’s 8 Month Pregnant Daughter was rear ended by a “suspected” Illegal Alien.
With her in the Car were her 3 year old daughter and her Mother, my Boss’s Wife. His Wife ended up with a Concussion and is being tested for other Neurological problems.
Let’s see. The guy had no Driver’s License, he was driving a borrowed Car and could not show any proof of Insurance.
The Police let him walk away after interviewing him.

Here’s a family that should be thankful for all that the U. S. had to offer, and instead of protecting it for future generations, they went the globalist route.
