Let's talk about Ted. It appears that Ted is about the only one who can garner nearly full Conservative support around here. Yes, there is a birther faction, but if some legal finding establishes once and for all that Cruz is natural born - i.e. he never had to be naturalized - it will be interesting to see if they'll withhold their support.

Do you REALLY think someone like that could rise to the governorship of a large state? She has a university degree, do you think someone took her tests for her and she was pushed forward due to affirmative action, like our exalted leader was? She WAS NOT a part of a large, powerful political machine, unlike DEAR LEADER and just the opposite, fought the entrenched powers-that-be in Alaska. How many “morons” send politicians to jail? I’m disappointed in your posting Indian Head. I frequently read your comments mainly because you’re a fellow vet and I respect that. However, if you will re-read my post on this you will note that I merely stated that Cruz is smarter than Palin. I did not say that Palin is stupid or an idiot - nor do I believe that she is either. In fact, I voted for the McCain/Palin ticket even though it was apparent that they would lose. And, I will agree before you say it, it was due to McCains deficiencies, not Palin’s. So, there, does that make it all better :)

It’s not so much you, but I’m frustrated with the Palin-bashing here, of all places! I suspect some of it is because she’s female, but I’ll allow that some want to be seen as siding with the “cool kids” of the MSM and Hollywood.
