Recall the Piedmont OK ticket a policeman gave a 3 year old caught peeing in the yard. Enough emails and phone calls from the general public made Piedmont city officials a national laughing stock. They quickly rescinded the ticket.

The one who should be punished is the kid who told the driver.

Oh, no, he should be rewarded--like those kids in the old Soviet Union who snitched on parents who were Christians or held views contrary to Marxism-Leninism.

A co-worker’s kid has gotten into serious trouble using his index finger as a gun at school.

An entire ‘team’ of various counselors has been assigned to his case, monthly progress meetings are held, etc.
