Officials: Man who knew Boston bombing suspect was unarmed when shot
Washington Post ^ | May 29, 2013 | By Sari Horwitz and Peter Finn

A Chechen man who was fatally shot by an FBI agent last week during an interview about one of the Boston bombing suspects was unarmed, law enforcement officials said Wednesday.

An air of mystery has surrounded the FBI shooting of Ibragim Todashev, 27, since it occurred in Todashev’s apartment early on the morning of May 22. The FBI said in a news release that day that Todashev, a former Boston resident who knew bombing suspect Tamerlan Tsarnaev, was killed during an interview with several law enforcement officers.

The FBI has provided few other details, saying that the matter is being investigated by an FBI review team that may not finish its probe for several months.

“The FBI takes very seriously any shooting incidents involving our agents and as such we have an effective, time-tested process for addressing them internally,” FBI spokesman Paul Bresson said in a statement Wednesday. “The review process is thorough and objective and conducted as expeditiously as possible under the circumstances.”

From article:

Initial reports citing anonymous law-enforcement individuals provided conflicting accounts of what happened. Some law enforcement officials said Todashev wielded a knife and others suggested that he attempted to grab the FBI agent’s gun.

And off we go to Boston where there is no one left to testify about the mysterious saudi dude, then down we go to Tampa where there is no one left to testify about ANYTHING.

Anyone wanting on or off this list...well, you know.

I agree. This sounds more like a rush to shut him up than to stop him from attacking.

And.. WHO was this guy?

It isn’t Tsarneav. His gym pictures showed a lot more chest hair, unless it’s another perverted mudslime rite to shave oneself before going on jihad.

And, WHY is what happened still a mystery? Aren’t FBI agents trained to be expert witnesses? Weren’t they there? Haven’t they had enough time to all record their testimony - multiple times.

So, what is REALLY going on then?!

Appearance of skin in such lighting coupled with video artifacting.. Hmmm.. You’ll need more than just chest hair analysis to prove that’s not him. Height might narrow it down.

I remember reading that he tried to stab them.

I though to myself, why would they interview a suspect without securing him first and making sure the area in which the interview occurred was also secure?

You know I don’t know what to make of this except to say that I cannot believe one damn thing that anyone in this ****ing government says.

Not one damn thing.

I don’t really care what happens to terrorists.

But I don’t actually know that he was a terrorist, and I do care what happens to innocent people.

Is this man even dead?

Reality no longer exists in America.

The first story out from FL LEO was that the man had given testimony or a statement TO the fbi and was about to sign an affidavit...when suddenly they heard shots. No one else was in the room with the suspect except the fbi agent who shot him.

Bingo. If I was the paranoid type, I'd start to wonder if those LEOs were cleaning up after somebody.

“I though to myself, why would they interview a suspect without securing him first and making sure the area in which the interview occurred was also secure”

Most street cops know the term “DFFA”. Dumb Fu^%$$G Federal Agent. Most feds have very limited contact with true criminals and do not understand the most basic officer safety tactics that a street cop or highway patrolman uses almost daily.
Imagine a police department where everyone has a university degree in accounting, law, information systems, mass communication, etc,, and then goes to a police academy run by the Federal government.
Thats what the Feds are. The main exception is the Border Patrol.

Just curious, is it standard practice for the FBI to interview someone at their apartment vs at a ‘location’?

I’m so damn tired of all these evil games and cover ups. This country is up to it’s neck in filth, foisted on us by power hungry no names - well, we know one name, old Valerie.

And unless I missed it, we never heard another peep about the saudi kid, did we?

I realize that this could be a possibility, and I also understand that the idiots in this government think that muslims are everyone’s best friend, but I cannot accept this.

The only things I know from what I have now understood to be the truth, and I say that with a damn mountain of salt, because truth does not exist in this country, is that I do not have any ****ing idea what happened to this man or if anything thing happened to this man, and I now also know that the FBI is a bunch of damn liars just like the rest of this country’s government.

Absolutely pathetic.

Yep, I recall reading that too. However it was the next day that I read that he tried to stab them somehow.

And I thought to myself well that sounds like a bunch of horesh!t.

And sure enough it is.

And I’m sure Daryl Issa will get right the **** on this 60 years from now or whatever.

I am really pissed off, man, I have had it with these liars.
