WE PETITION THE OBAMA ADMINISTRATION TO: Remove Eric Holder from office, prosecute for 1st amendment violations on the illegal spying on members of the media. Eric Holder illegally spied on members of the press without knowledge and without a subpoena. This violates the constitution's first amendment and fourth amendment. He needs to be removed from office and formally charged and tried for the crimes listed above.

This can't happen fast enough.

Once Holder is REMOVED we should NEXT focus very heavily on Obozo thrown out of office..
.... Once Holder is gone ... without him at the helm ... the DOJ will no longer be able to protect the legal backs of those in the White-House. Whoever is next in command will not be able to cover up tracks and divert attention away from the illegality of the deeds of this administration like the complicit Eric Holder has. My guess is that the house of cards that has been built over the past 5 years will topple quickly once the barriers set up by Holder and his ilk are pried open and removed. The corruption will be laid bare.
And I hope that is not just my wishful thinking.
PROSECUTION is the ONLY way to start to fix the DOJ

Concur. Holder must wear an orange jumpsuit in a federal slammer (or send him to GITMO as an enemy combatant).
