Speaking at the White House National Conference on Mental Health on Monday, Vice President Joe Biden told a sometimes serious and sometimes jocular story about the two brain surgeries he needed in 1988 to deal with cranial aneurysms.
Biden told the White House audience “they take a saw and they cut your head off” and “they literally had to take the top of my head off.” He also recounted that as he was being wheeled into surgery he asked the neurosurgeon, “What are my chances of getting off this table completely normal?” The surgeon told Biden he had a better chance of living—and that that chance was in the 35 to 50 percent range. …

But, he is a comic relief. And, he is a pretty final answer to Pubbies who want to impeach Obama. It was absolutely brilliant on Obama’s part to run with hin.
Might I respectfully suggest Gary Busey or Bruce Jenner for the 2016 Republican VP nominee. Someone needs to ask them NOW before the best pick gets snapped up.

Can this brain damage information be used to disqualify him for the position?
Help me...is this right? A 100% chance 50% of the time? Or a 50% chance 100% of the time?
No slam on brain surgery, but its one of the few occupations where a 40% success rate places you in the “expert” category. (A patient is usually pretty messed if they need brain surgery; their chances are pretty poor to begin with.)
