TOPEKA, Kan. Fresh off a series of legislative victories across the country, the National Rifle Association has launched a new effort starting in gun-friendly Kansas seeking to clamp down on the use of government money to lobby on gun-control issues.

One would think that was common sense. One would think......
Love to see a law passed making it a felony for a New York City Mayor to spend money and send Law Enforcement officers out of State on his own personal gun vendetta.
