A shooting has been reported near the campus of Southern California's Santa Monica College.
Santa Monica police Sgt. Rudy Flores several victims are down and the shooter is also believed to be down.
There are 200 cameras and reporters and 15 helicopters swarming around and gawking at a shattered car window, discussing the details about the window....What a hoot...
Government officials getting ready for their news conference to thank each others and announce how they all did such wonderful job and how they need to raise taxes to continue this level of professionalism.
