The address is located four blocks from the Santa Monica airport where Obama was meeting mayor elect Eric Garcetti (after meeting Tony Villaraigosa at LAX). Took Marine 1 to a fundraiser in Santa Monica, but had to return to LAX by motorcade because of police activity near the SM airport.
Garcetti and Villar then drove downtown LA for Villar’s going away party attended by Bill Clinton and Wanda Sykes.
