Breitbart's Big Government ^ | June 8, 2013 | Wynton Hall

Posted on 06/08/2013 4:05:36 AM PDT by 2ndDivisionVet

The National Security Agency’s top-secret slide presentation detailing the PRISM system that collects the contents of emails, video and web chat, and photos states that PRISM is the biggest contributor of information to President Barack Obama’s daily intelligence briefing, known officially as the President’s Daily Brief (PDB).

In the last year, PRISM data was cited in Obama’s PDB 1,477 times.

“My assessment and my team's assessment was that they help us prevent terrorist attacks,” said Obama on Friday.

However, a recent report by the Government Accountability Institute finds that for the first 1,532 days of Obama’s time in office (up to March 31, 2013), Obama has only attended 42.1% of his daily intelligence briefings....

Just a thought -

If we all start using red flag words and phrases in our daily communications - would it not make the information gathering rather difficult?

When all communications contain the search terms, the search terms become useless.

Precisely - they needed it for use in domestic political activities and would know how to use it. Being that it is prepared for "presidential briefings" was giving them the cover they needed for unfettered access, though here lately that cover has gone transparent.

Anything I say and do electronically - I assume that Wash DC - the Russians - Chinese - private firms (Google) and other political groups will end up with it...just prepare for that...not that I’m special...but neither was Joe the Plumber

Look what the Clinton's were able to do with just a few hundred FBI files.

A database of this magnitude would allow unscrupulous characters (read DemonRatz) to shape the political landscape for decades.

I told a friend the same thing yesterday.

Press Reporter: “So Mr. Smith, I see you are running against Congresswoman Waters. Well lookie here. You visited WWW.BigBoobs 113 times last year. I sure would hate to see that little piece of information get out to the public. Oh no, I can’t tell you how I got the information.....anonymous source. Good luck with your campaign.”

Americans might be more amenable to this arrangement......if not for the fact that it is stupid and useless.

As Andrea Tantros mentioned on Fox's "The Five".....all of the latest major terror attacks and their perpetrators have been foiled by ordinary citizens...not by Obama's vaunted snooping.

<><> The Bostom bomber was discovered in a boat---by a resident outside for a cigarette.

<><>The Times Square SUV bomber was turned in by a falafel stand owner.

<><> The shoe bomber and underwear bomber passed airport security and were both airborne---foiled by observant passengers and crew.

================================================

Snooping did not prevent 9/11---the planners were in and out of the US many times....and even took plane lessons here. One 9/11 terrorist was let through namby-pamby Port Authority security and disappeared, never to be seen again.

=======================================

The cynical among us might even conclude, America-hating Obama is intruding on our privacy in order to protect his Muslim brothers.

http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/politics/10102170/Bilderberg-Group-2013-guest-list-and-agenda.html

http://planet.infowars.com/business/whats-the-connection-peter-thiel-ron-paul-and-the-bilderberg-group

Peter Thiel, (Palantir/PRISM) the billionaire and co-founder of PayPal recently donated 2.5 million dollars to a superPAC that backs presidential candidate Ron Paul. The interesting thing here, and get ready for a shocker, is that Thiel happens to be a part of the Bilderberg Group and its steering committee! Of course, you probably already knew that.

Now, why would Peter Thiel, a seemingly evil investor and tech guru that invested in Facebook and has pushed an NSA spying agenda, donate to the Ron Paul campaign?

http://redflagnews.com/headlines/report-david-petraeus-at-bilderberg-to-craft-big-data-spy-grid?utm_content=Latest+Tea+Party+News,+Current+Events,+Breaking+News,+Politics,+Opinion&utm_source=twitterfeed&utm_medium=twitter&utm_campaign=RFN

Former CIA Director David Petraeus is in attendance at the 2013 Bilderberg Group conference to help construct the “big data” spy grid, which is set to become the new frontier of clandestine statecraft as Internet connectivity becomes ubiquitous.

All this mess from the IRS scandal to News org snooping, data sweeps on ordinary citizens is a breach of our constitutional rights to privacy, against illegal search and seizures and free speech.

Now what? Now what? We have to just sit by and take it. Yummy! just took a bite out of a big ol 5h!7 sandwich.

Our gubbamint is completely out of control. Liberals, Libertarians, Conservatives, Greenie weenies alike should be outraged.

Perhaps we should take a page from the book of English civil disobedience?

Very disturbing. I call and write my reps, senators, speaker's office and get these nice lil form letters back. They sound like, “There there lil citizen, we feel your pain. Here, let me pat you on top of the head so you'll calm down. There there.”

I try to believe that Lindsay Graham and Mccain have been comprised instead of believing they are just traitors of their own volition.

Back in the day, people used things that went on in The Franklin Cover Up to get dirt.

Now, you can rely on Prism.

That’s probably how General Allen and Petraeus got nailed.

Monitor several talkies;
Mike Gallagher and Dennis Praeger who see no evil. Gallagher called it a distraction from Benghazi. Even had 1st caller share his opinion.

Praeger cited source for info given to “The Guardian” was a rabid anti American anti jew pro Islamist who sees benefit if the program is dropped.He also disclosed the program set was originally created by an Israeli firm.

Levin and Savage (horrors you lump them together) asked the same question everyone else is asking.(Savage also started his swiped my phrase beating up on Limbaugh and got a dial click)

But their question was; If this was so great why didn’t their use stop the Boston Marathon bombings ? What are they looking for and who in particular is that programing set up to monitor ? It seems the ditz who sent the Castor oil letters got caught by it . How about the EM disciplined because he made some anti-Obama remarks ?

Before assumptions favoring the regime is concerned it would be nice if we could come up with some facts and not superficial support.
