That is one of the things that the Leftist see in Islam. Islam also believes in a one world government under Shariah. Islam works toward a single world government ruling over a uniformly Muslim population that will be eternally at peace because all have submitted to the rule of Shariah.
I personally do not wish to live under a despotic Mullah who lops off the heads of unbelievers or chops off the hands of thieves or stones raped women to death because they were impregnated by a rapist.
The multi-culturalist are and were willfully blind to think that people whose religion commands them to kill those who believe differently would make good citizens in a democratic republic.
You reap what you sow. We in the US are only a few years away from harvesting a similar crop. And our congress is busily planting the seeds as we speak.
Islam and Western cultures are simply not compatible. Modern Europeans have forgotten the hard lessons learned at the Battles of Constantinople, Malta, Vienna, Lepanto and Grenada. The West has committed cultural suicide by allowing the massive, catastrophic Muslim immigration into their countries. The West is in decline. Thank the events of 1914 - 1945 with the massive genetic losses, widespread abortion and birth control, the endemic populations are contracting and those that remain are not vibrant. The Muslim immigrants are very fertile. Soon Western Europe will be a footnote to history and a world backwater.
