Interview with Dr. Jim Garrow details support and threats he's received
Operation Freedom ^ | June 2, 2013 | Dr. David Janda

Posted on 06/08/2013 7:16:25 PM PDT by Hetuck

The June 2, 2013 edition of Operation Freedom, a radio program hosted by Dr. David Janda and broadcast by WAAM radio in Ann Arbor, MI, featured a 25-minute interview with Dr. Jim Garrow. Dr. Garrow was a 2009 Nobel Prize nominee, runs over 250 English-language schools in China, and reportedly has rescued over forty-thousand baby girls from China through international adoption.

You might recall that Dr. Garrow made news in January 2013 when he first stated publicly that a well-known retired US military leader had alerted him that President Obama was asking military leaders if they would help confiscate the guns of US citizens and give orders to fire on those resisting confiscation.

This interview describes some of the follow-up and fallout from his statements earlier this year, so I thought some of the highlights might be interesting to FReepers. For example, Garrow stated that the reality of the request from Obama has been confirmed by retired Major General Paul Vallely and about eighty other active-duty or retired military leaders, some of whom have not done so publicly. As many have suspected, he confirmed that a number of military leaders have stepped aside rather than acquiesce to the request, thereby breaking the law and the Constitution.

Both Janda and Garrow independently referenced one or more meetings between retired and active duty military to discuss what could be done about the situation. Garrow described the motivation for the meetings: "people who believe in the Republic don't want to see it be subverted by a Commie."

Dr. Janda asked if Garrow, like himself, had been threatened for speaking out. Garrow laughed and asked Janda if he'd been listening in on his conversations. Garrow said he's been warned by acquaintances who he feels have been coopted or bribed. Garrow also described a telephone call from someone who "can't get a higher level in the intelligence community" and who didn't waste much time on small talk: "'Nice to talk to you again. It's been fifteen years since we chatted. I want to warn you -- Obama does kill people.'"

Garrow further recounted that, because he is not terribly popular with the Obama administration, US Secretary of Education Arne Duncan jawboned the principal of Garrow's high school (Weston Collegiate in suburban Toronto) into cancelling his commencement speech. The interview concluded by Garrow comparing Obama to other world leaders. He said that Obama gets no respect on the world stage, and that the Chinese were playing chess while Obama plays checkers.

You’re right the smart Chinese know Obama is a fool, and the dumb Cinese think Obama is the Messiah.

Why is the intelligence community covering for Obama when they know he kills people?

Do they know about Breitbart? SEAL Team 6? Obama’s grandma? Who else do they know about?

Something is REALLY, REALLY wrong when it can be known that the supposed CINC is a murderous thug and yet nobody can/will do anything to stop him from being able to do this stuff.

How is this any different from Nazi Germany, in all seriousness?

Good questions, still waiting for answers from when the Clinton mob was in our White House.

Frightening, if true. Doesn’t appear to be satire, though : )

Hitler did not need a teleprompter to make a speech. But that's about it.

snips from The Rise and Fall of the Third Reich:

Reichstag speech of July 13, “ If anyone reproaches me and asks why I did not resort to the regular courts of justice, then I can say this: In this hour I was responsible for the fate of the German people, and thereby I became the supreme judge of the German people.” And Hitler added, for good measure, “Everyone must know for all future time that if he raises a hand to strike the State, then certain death is his lot.”
*
The Chief of the German Army General Staff was now aroused as he had never been before in his lifetime. The scales were falling from his eyes. What was at stake for the German nation, he saw at last, was more than just thwarting of a hysterical head of state bent, out of pique, on attacking a small neighboring nation at the risk of a big war. The whole folly of the Third Reich, its tyranny, its terror, its corruption, its contempt for the old Christian virtues, suddenly dawned on this once pro-Nazi general. Three days later he went again to speak of this revelation.

Not only, he insisted, must the generals go on strike to prevent Hitler from starting a war, but they must help clean up the Third Reich. The German people and the Fuehrer himself must be freed from the terror of the S.S. and the Nazi party bosses. A state society ruled by laws must be restored.
*
Beck was too naive politically to realize that Hitler, more than any other single man, was responsible for the very conditions in Germany which now revolted him

*
Beck had to be content with reading his own memorandum of July 16, which left a deep impression on most of the generals. But no decisive action was taken and the meeting of the top brass of the German Army broke up without their having had the courage to call Hitler to account, as their predecessors once had done with the Hohenzollern emperors and the Reich Chancellors.
*

Ordinarily the resignation of a chief of the Army General Staff in the midst of a crisis, and especially of one so highly respected as was General Beck, would have caused a storm in military circles and even given rise to repercussions abroad. But here again Hitler showed his craftiness. Though he accepted Beck’s resignation at once, and with great relief,he forbade any mention of it in the press or even in the official government and military gazettes and ordered the retired General and his fellow officers to keep it to themselves. It would not do to let the British and French governments get wind of dissension at the top of the German Army at this critical juncture and it os possible that Paris and London did not hear of the matter until the end of October, when it was officially announced in Berlin. Had they heard, one could speculate, history might have taken a different turning; the appeasement of the Fuehrer might not have been carried so far.

Beck himself, out of a sense of patriotism and loyalty to the Army, made no effort to bring the news of his quitting to the public’s attention. He was disillusioned, though, that not a single general officer among those who had agreed with him in his opposition to war felt called upon to follow his example and resign.

That is Hitler’s Jewish astrologer. The one who helped him to power and predicted that Hitler would fall shortly after his own death.

Hitler just couldn’t resist having him murdered...

Very interesting. Sounds as though he was a pretty decent astrologer but an evil fellow - but if so, he should have also seen his own murder on his own chart and gotten away from his master.

What a strange brew.
