My point was...
Even the best intentions of “the military” are meaningless when the suits lie to the troops. They only know what they’re told, and subsequently infants are gassed and people—including children—who’ve committed no crimes are machine gunned.
At both Tianmen Square and Waco, the initial troops brought in refused to fire on civilians. Follow-up troops were more thoroughly indoctrinated and killed freely.
I don’t feel comfortable with them “at my back.”
Besides, they’re powerless against the Gestapo/IRS/NSA/etc.
In reality, the choices should be:
1. Very concerned
2. Somewhat concerned
3. Not concerned
4. Where mah guhmint munny?
