Did Holder admit to spying on Supreme Court?

Holder responded, “With all due respect, Senator, I don’t think this is an appropriate setting for me to discuss that issue. I’d be more than glad to come back in a — in an appropriate setting to discuss the issues that you have raised."

Kirk, a Naval intelligence officer, pressed Holder remarking, “I would interrupt you and say the correct answer would be say no, we stayed within our lane, and I’m assuring you we did not spy on members of Congress.”

Holder remained defiant saying, “And I would be more than glad, as I said, in an appropriate setting, to deal with the question. And Senator Kirk, please do not take my response as something — as being anything but respectful of the concerns that you have raised. There has been no intention to do anything of that nature — that is, to spy on members of Congress, to spy on members of the Supreme Court.”

If you ask the question "Why did he say that?" it becomes more clear. His language is worrisome.

Given Chief Roberts' recent bizarre opinion (ACA), I think it merits scrutiny.

Yes. There can be no balance of power if one branch of the government can spy on and thus blackmail or subvert the other branches. This is a crisis and if not dealt with swiftly and effectively spells the end of our nation as we know it.

To expect balance from the defective, psychologically unbalanced scales heavily weighted on the left is a psychological defect all its own.

Anyone wanting on or off this ping list, please advise. Thanks.

Everyone with a brain suspects Justice Roberts was blackmailed. If only he had the balls to say it.

Which ALSO means the ability to collect and store data goes back a lot further than GW Bush, and that whatever agency that is responsible for said storage is .. ummm .. available for ... ummm ... retrieval.

I’d say were a bit too late for that. There is NO ONE that will stand up to these crooks to make a difference. We need a thousand Sheriff Joe’s to even start making a difference and then I doubt we would get very far.

Find the fica court order from the DOJ. Note the additional paragraph covering citizens of the US. Check who signed it. There will be your answer

How else were they to be sufficiently persuasive with Roberts re: Obamacare?

Verizon hold the government contract on all land and cell phones.

There are no exceptions written into the court order.

Therefore, DOJ is keeping records on Congress, SCOTUS , Pentagon, CIA etc etc

After all Holder has said there are a few things on his list he needs to finish.... Or finish off!

I’m afraid to think how far back they can go. This has been going on for a very long time - surely not as sophisticated - but it goes back 20yrs and more, according to AT&T Long Lines (Bedminster, NJ) people I know.
