Did Holder admit to spying on Supreme Court?

Holder responded, “With all due respect, Senator, I don’t think this is an appropriate setting for me to discuss that issue. I’d be more than glad to come back in a — in an appropriate setting to discuss the issues that you have raised."

Kirk, a Naval intelligence officer, pressed Holder remarking, “I would interrupt you and say the correct answer would be say no, we stayed within our lane, and I’m assuring you we did not spy on members of Congress.”

Holder remained defiant saying, “And I would be more than glad, as I said, in an appropriate setting, to deal with the question. And Senator Kirk, please do not take my response as something — as being anything but respectful of the concerns that you have raised. There has been no intention to do anything of that nature — that is, to spy on members of Congress, to spy on members of the Supreme Court.”

If Holder refused to say “no”,
then the answer is “YES”.

From your link:
"ObamaCare... fundamentally changed the relationship between citizen and government, making us de facto property of the state, with our relative worth in care and maintenance able to be determined by the government. Essentially it was a coup without firing a shot, much less needing even an Amendment to the Constitution."

The NSA PRISM Program gave 0bama and his thugs the tidbits he needed to get Roberts to go along with 0bamascare, and Boehner to shut up and retire to the nearest bar. Why did 0bama lecture Ohio State grads on tyranny? Just wait until they steal the congressional elections next year and get majorities in both houses. We'll know tyranny firsthand!

The answer to this, and many other questions, lies on a thumb drive in Glenn Greenwald’s desk.

Actually, no. There are those who believe it has to do with his sexuality back to his college days.

Once you learn how to translate Holder into English he means yes they did spy on Congress and the SCOTUS. It appears they must have something Roberts. Likely the fact that he possibly/probably illegally adopted two kids from Ireland. God only knows what they will get on the corrup cabal in the House and Senate.

Then I am officially scandal-overloaded. The only one I’ve heard was the adoption one.

Well I’ve rummaged around a little and now I’m going to have to quibble with you.

A search for “chief justice” + “john roberts” + obamacare + blackmail turns up only adoption-related links on the first page, and a pretty thorough link from the second page trying to make the gay case is pretty thin gruel — the author makes the matter of not getting married until 41 his hard-hitting lead, and wants us to think that the occasional wearing of plaid pants is an indicator, among other absurdities.

wonder how many others have been blackmailed? We know Patraeus was. Hard to think that they would do such a thing but I really am not surprised. Yet I am surprised. I am disappointed. I do not like these people.

What if....Petraeus and Roberts BOTH publicly conceded at the same press conference that they'd both been blackmailed? How big a can o' worms would that open?

More than one "name" MUST emerge to indict the surveillance of 300 million Americans as mere instrument of political blackmail rather than in the name of "security."

I’m not saying it’s true: I’ve no idea whether it is.

But I think it is hard to quibble with my quibble with your claiming the adoption issue was the ‘consensus’ theory. I’ve certainly seen the alternative one posited here at FR.

What difference, at this point, does it make? Roberts can’t undecided what he decided, even if it was a result of being blackmailed. You can’t unring that bell.
