A New American Declaration of Independence

We were all equally created free men with innumerable opportunities granted us by our Creator, Nature, or The Universe to freely pursue our passions for Life, Prosperity, Joy and unfettered Liberty-- The Natural Irrevocable Rights of Sovereign Individuals.

To protect and preserve our Freedoms, Governments are created for our use and owe their legitimacy to Natural Law and the voluntary and revocable assent of sovereign people to be governed for their mutual security of their Liberty and Rights.

Whenever Government fails to protect our Rights, seeks to revoke, curtail, limit or exchange the sovereignty of individuals for the growth and consolidation of institutional power and Governmental supremacy, it is the Right and Duty of Free People to end or change the Government in whatever way they see fit to ensure the continued protection of private personal Liberty.

Wisdom counsels that the dissolution or change of any established Government not be taken lightly or attempted for trivial or for inconsequential reasons. But when there exist a long list of Governmental abuses, seizures of power and tyrannical assaults on those Rights that Sovereign People enjoy, then it is time to replace it with one committed to protecting and preserving individual Freedoms and Liberties.

The time is now past for all freedom loving men and women to continue blindly ignoring those daily abuses of power to which we have been too long accustomed. The history of the current President of the United States is a history of repeated lies and gross violations of those Constitutional laws that guarantee those Rights and Freedoms long enjoyed by the citizens of the American Republic. To prove this, let these Facts be submitted for the edification and enlightenment of all sentient beings

He has violated his oath of office to defend, preserve and uphold the Constitution.

He has Launched an illegal war in Libya in violation of Article I, Section 8 of the Constitution.

He has appointed agency “czars” without Senate approval. Article II, Section 2, gives the president the power to appoint ambassadors, judges and top agency officials, but only with the “advice and consent of the Senate.” He has appointed, without Senate approval, more than two dozen czars in federal agencies.

He has made illegal recess appointments in violation of Article II, Section 2 of the Constitution. While the Senate was still in session, he made recess appointments of individuals to head Government positions in violation of the Law.

He and his courts have violated Article I, Section 8 of the Constitution by forcing Free Citizens to engage in Commerce in the forced purchase of health insurance.

He has refused to enforce laws in violation of Article II, Section 3 of the Constitution which states that the president “shall take care that the Laws be faithfully executed.” He has directed his Attorney General to ignore the Defense of Marriage Act and has conspired against it in the federal courts. He and his agents have suspended voter ID laws in Texas and South Carolina.

He has ignored the First Amendment and his agents of the Justice Department have attempted to abridge the Freedom of the Press.

He has allowed his agents of the IRS to harass and silence organizations opposed to the unfettered growth of Government in violation of their First Amendment Right to Free Speech and their Fifth Amendment Right to Due Process.

He and his agents have violated the public's Right to religious freedom. His Department of Health and Human Services have ignored the First Amendment by issuing orders to faith-based institutions to violate their beliefs and provide insurance covering abortifacients, contraceptives and sterilizations.

He has attacked the Second Amendment and has attempted to restrict the lawful access of the citizenry to arms and ammunition. He has issued 23 Executive Orders on gun control which is an infringement of the public's Right to Bear Arms.

He and his agents of the Justice Department and the National Security Agency have trampled upon the Fourth Amendment Rights of individuals to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures. They have issued warrants against members of the Press without probable cause and have surveilled the entirety of the communications among the Free and law abiding populace of the nation without reason, cause or warrants.

He has violated the Tenth Amendment which states that “The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.” He and his agents in the Justice Department have filed suit against the State of Arizona for requiring state officials to enforce federal immigration laws. Nothing in the Constitution prohibits states from assisting in enforcing federal laws. Meanwhile, the Justice Department ignores “sanctuary cities” that openly violate federal law.

He and his agents of The Justice Department have violated Fourteenth Amendment guarantees to “due process” and “equal protection of the laws" and the Fifteenth Amendment guarantees that “the right of citizens to vote shall not be denied or abridged on account of race.” He and his Attorney General have allowed the intimidation of Voters and failed to prosecute because of racial considerations.

He has allowed his Attorney General to commit Perjury in his testimony to Congress about unmonitored Government sales of weapons to foreign criminals. In addition, he has allowed his Attorney General to commit Perjury in his testimony to Congress about the illegal wiretapping of members of the Press.

He and his agents of the State Department have repeatedly lied to the public about the death of American citizens in Benghazi, Libya, and he has allowed his Secretary of State to lie to Congress during her testimony about this matter.

He has failed since taking office to pass a budget, has lead each citizen into Debt Bondage and has squandered our resources on political cronies.

He has offended, ignored and belittled our allies worldwide, has apologized to those who actively call for our destruction, and has refused assistance to our citizens attacked and murdered by Jihadists overseas. He has weakened our nation and has jeopardized the security of all Free Citizens in the Republic.

He has empowered and emboldened his agents of the Department of Homeland Security to declare us enemies of the state, and they have, at his bidding, detained us without warrant, have subjected us to unreasonable searches, and have violated our right to be secure in our effects and papers.

He has divided us by Race, Gender, Age, Wealth and Sexual Orientation and has violated his Oath to uphold the Constitution's stated purpose of insuring domestic tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general welfare, and secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity.

He has ignored the Will of Free People and at every turn has used his agents to harass, intimidate, lie and spy on us. He has proven himself to be unfit to lead a nation of Free law abiding citizens.

We have appealed to those leaders of the nominative opposition party to represent our interests, but we have been ignored by them, also, and have have been rebuffed in our requests for the redress of our grievances. By their unwillingness to represent the voice and interests of Free People, the leaders of the nominative opposition have proven themselves enemies of Liberty.

We, therefore, the Free Citizens of these United States of America, do solemnly publish and declare, That these Free People of America are, and of Right ought to be Free and Independent; that they are Absolved from all Allegiance to the current President, and his agents of the IRS, and of his Justice Department, and of his National Security Agency, and of his Department of Homeland Security. Furthermore, as Free and Independent People, we have full Power to do all Things which a Sovereign Peoples may do. And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes and our sacred Honor.

When in the course of history, it becomes necessary for the citizens’ to dissolve the political parties which have connected them together and assume the powers of the country, the separate but equal station which the laws of nature and God entitles them, to respect the opinions off its citizens it requires that they should announce the reasons that force them to separate.

We hold these truths to be without question, all people are created equal, these rights are given by God and not the government, some of these rights are, Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness. That to ensure these rights, Our Government was created among the people, getting their powers from the agreement of the people, whenever that form of government becomes destructive of these rights, it is the right of the people to change or abolish it, and to form a new government, based upon these principals and organized in a way that will seem most likely to protect their safety and happiness. Caution will say that governments around a long time should not be changed lightly, but experience shows that people will suffer while evil is bearable than to make changes to remove this evil that they have become used to. But when an endless line of abuses and violations take place designed to reduce those to mere serfs, it is their right, their duty, to throw off such government, and to elect new guards for themselves and their children’s future security. The citizens in their suffering have been patient, and now is the time which forces them to alter their former system of government. The history of the Federal Government is a history of repeated injuries and disrespect, the goal to create a ruling class over the citizens of this country. To prove this let the facts below submitted to the world.

They have refused to enforce the laws, the same laws enacted by them for the public good

They have forbidden governors to pass laws that mirror laws enacted by congress and have asked that these laws be suspended until their plan is complete.

They have refused to follow laws they themselves made for the citizens.

They have refused to meet with the citizens, and when they do it is at places unusual, uncomfortable, distant from the people and packed with their own supporters, for the sole purpose of wearing them down.

They have ignored the Constituent repeatedly, for opposing their invasions on the rights of the people.

They have interfered with the election process to cause others to be elected by offering jobs and other items of value. Items owned by the people and not the government to pass legislation that could not pass on its own merits. Exposing states to the dangers of invasion from without and convulsions from within.

They have tried to prevent the population of these states from passing laws protecting their own boarders from an invasion of illegal foreigners ,refusing to pass others encouraging illegal migrations into this country.

They have obstructed justice by refusing to prosecute voter intimidation and to dismantle the laws in place to investigate wrongdoing by their own.

They have made elected officials dependent on their will alone by the trading of votes for the largeness of the federal pocketbook.

They have appointed a multitude of new czars that answer only to them and sent swarms of IRS officers to harass our people and tax their labor.

They have kept among us in times of sacrifice large groups of special interest that do not share the pain of this economy.

They have affected to render the military powerless to protect our country.

They have combined with others to try to subject us to laws foreign to our constitution and unacknowledged by our laws, giving their consent to acts of pretend legislation.

For have passing legislation in the dead of night, through parliamentary tricks, at the last minute so serious public debate could not take place, and then exempt themselves from its mandates.

For protecting themselves, with mock trials, from punishment for crimes against the people of this nation.

For trying to cut off our trade of oil, to all parts of the world.

For imposing taxes on us, without our consent.

For attacking private citizens’ without the benefits of a trial by jury but a trial by the media.

For squandering our goodwill overseas, insulting our allies and apologizing for pretend offences.

For perverting our justice system to make some crimes against special groups worse than the same crimes but without the offensive thoughts.

For taking away our freedoms, abolishing our most valuable laws, and altering fundamentally the forms of our government.

For suspending our own laws, and declaring themselves invested with powers to legislate for us in all cases whatsoever.

They have said they cannot do their jobs, they cannot protect our boarders, cannot protect the individual citizen, cannot stop the spending or reduce taxes, but insist on more control over our lives.

They have plundered our seas, ravaged our coast, and destroyed the lives of our people by their inaction in the gulf oil spill. They could not accept foreign help but found the time to send lawyers.

They have at this time taken over large portions of our economy, Autos, banking and healthcare. Borrowed tremendous sums of money and the result of all this is an economy on its knees.

They have constrained our fellow citizens’ from excelling with crushing taxes, burdensome regulations and intrusive reporting. They have turned doctors and hospitals into paper mills, businessmen into bureaucrats, and citizens’ fearful of their own government.

They have excited domestic insurrections among us, and have tried to bring the inhabitants of our boarders the illegal immigrants who only want to live off the fruit of our labor through the redistribution of our wealth.

In every stage of these oppressions we have petitioned in the most humble terms. Our repeated petitions have been answered only by repeated insult. A Prince, whose character is thus marked by every act which may define a tyrant, is unfit to be the ruler of a free people.

We have not forgotten our local representatives. We have warned them from time to time of attempts by their legislature to overstep their bounds. We have reminded them of the circumstances of their employment by us. We have appealed to their sense of justice and fairness and asked how could you do this to your own constituents. They too have been deaf to the voice of the people and thought they knew what was best for us. We must then announce our separation and hold them as we hold everyone by their actions and deeds.

We therefore, the citizens’ of the United States of America by the authority of the people of these states solemnly publish and declare and right ought to be free and independent and absolved of all allegiance to both political parties. All allegiance to either party ought to be totally dissolved and that as free and independent voters have the full power to change this government starting with the November 2010 election and continuing until this form of government is changed to one we can again be proud of.

With a firm reliance on the protection of divine providence, we mutually pledge to each other our lives, our fortunes, and our sacred honor.
