A young girl, who was a victim of sexual harassment, will get justice thanks to her teacher.
A group of men are behind bars after they allegedly sexually harassed two underage girls, who they tried to have sex with.
The suspected criminals recorded themselves sexually harassing the girls and then uploaded the video to the internet. The video of the two girls, one of whom is 12-years-old and another who is a seventh grade student, at Centennial High School in Portland, Oregon, found its way to the Facebook pages of many high school students.

I read the articles at all three links and they are very confusing. Did the girls ever report the attack? The way it’s written no one knew about it until the morons started posting videos. On a side note I’m repulsed by the idea that men in their early 20s would want to have sex with, much less rape, 12 year old girls.
i read it as well. Thats where i saw the charges. Rape i guess has an extremely broad meaning or something is not being reported in the story.

My BIL was a HR Manager for a Fortune 500 company. One of the first questions he asked was "Do you have a facebook account, and may I see it?"

Who caught him, and were the police/FBI notified? Unless the proper notifications were made and the computer turned over to the authorities, then the company can also be charged with possessing child porn.

There is no way I am going to give anyone access to my Facebook page. My reply to that is “my LinkedIn page is my public profile and I would be glad to share that with you.” My Facebook page is for family and close friends only.

I would if they were instead named "Your Christian Science News" or "Your New York News".
I've heard that this is a very common HR question now, and that the applicants who do not have a Facebook account are not hired.
