No secrets have been revealed, yet. Illegal and anti-American surveillance is common knowledge. We've only seen more evidence of the officious violations of the highest laws of our nation.
"But that is our fault (Americans), because we elected untrustworthy people. We can fix that, if we as Americans actually care enough."
Media and policy sponsors restrict candidate choices to those in agreement with the policies of those same special constituents. Public ridicule in bandwagon approaches is their main tactic. They use government to prevent competition after preventing competition in elections. And they are government-connected social lefties, every one. That's also common knowledge.
