Every employer should have at least one murderer, one rapist, a thief and a burglar. A couple armed robbers wouldn’t hurt either.
There are some areas of this country where the company I work for has trouble finding people who do not have a felony in their past, are able to read and write, and can pass a drug test.

In at least one major city they are requiring that lifeguards who can’t swim be hired, because there are so few black lifeguards, and so few blacks that can swim who have applied, etc.—so it’s racist to require lifeguards to be able to swim, you see, because it “disparately impacts” blacks, etc. Not kidding. I think it’s Minneapolis.
What about the “Disparate Impact” of DISPROPORTIONATE NUMBERS OF CRIMES COMMITTED BY BLACKS, where the white population is being victimized by a Minority? Can we prosecute THAT “Unequal Treatment”?
Democrats have no problem hiring convicted criminals; best example that comes to mind is Alcee Hastings, impeached convicted and removed from his judgeship for accepting bribes.
Challenge the Fed department making the claim.
“Our percentage of employees who are convicted felons is equal to yours.”
“However, the percentage of our employees who are felons, not yet convicted, will never compare to yours!”
Day care and schools should hire pedophiles, DEA and CIA should hire drug dealers, banks should hire thieves.

The Federal Government attacking (non-union) business in the southern US. Happens every day. It’s part of the “progressive” plan to turn the entire US into a corrupt collectivist hell hole, and since they can’t do it with bullets (yet) they do it with a blizzard of lawyers and expensive paperwork.
nobody forced blacks to commit the crimes they’ve done. the fact more criminals are black, percentage-wise to their black population numbers, is not racist. it means there are more black criminals as a percentage of their population percentage.

and confiscating my personal information without cause or due process is also against the law... yet they’ve been doing it for years.
the IRS is supposed to audit people using a random selection filter in order to avoid the possibility of harassment via audits. they blew that off a few years ago.
so yea.... hire who you like. if one of the prerequisites for the job is no criminal convictions... then so be it.
stand up to them and tell them to shove it... you won’t willingly endanger your employees or the corporation just to satisfy their political agenda.
And don’t forget that the companies will be demanded to take full responsibility for the ex-felons actions if they do hire them.
It’s a no-win.
If there are any black people who can still be embarrassed by the condition of the black race and culture, this should make them blush.
