Children who dont get a pre-kindergarten education, ideally from birth to age 5, might fall behind and may as well drop out by third grade, Secretary of Health and Human Services Kathleen Sebelius said on Wednesday at an event to garner support for President Barack Obama's $75-billion proposal to increase pre-school enrollment across the country.

Due to liberal/Marxist/Prussian educational policies that your ideology supports, you commie $@%$#.
She’s an idiot isn’t she.
How about if you haven't proved yourselve as an AMERICAN public service in 3 weeks, you may as well drop out ?
Follow the money. NEA.
Incredible . . . you never heard of such nonsense until the teachers unions and the government took over the public schools in the late 80s. Absolute nonsense. Another attempt to remove our children from their parents before they can walk.
The only thing that consistently amazes me more than the amount of contempt our public servants have for those that they serve, is the fact that the American people as a whole continue to put up with it.
If she says it, it must be true.
Could it be that the per school is a substitute for parents and by the time they are in third grade the mojo has fallen to a point where can no longer keep up with kids from a real family environment?
Head start shows no significant difference after third grade.
No matter what they do, families without any structure will fail.
She is an embaressment.
Ditto 1000 times!
She is an ignorant s**t.
She’s a good soldier. She goes out and says exactly what she was told to say.
We have to begin the inculcation of Marxist dogma at the age of three or four!
What a colossal waste of money this will be if they manage to push it through.
When Napoleon seizes the nine dogs for himself, it’s one of the early signs of his corrupt intentions. He takes them from their parents, Jessie and Bluebell, shortly after they are born, saying that he would make himself responsible for their education, and then raising them in isolation from the rest of the farm (3.12).
The dogs do not reappear until tension between Napoleon and Snowball reaches a breaking point. After it appears that Snowball has won the crowd, Napoleon lets out a whistle; At this there was a terrible baying sound outside, and nine enormous dogs, wearing brass-studded collars came bounding into the barn (5.14). They drive Snowball off the farm. From this point on, the dogs are constantly with the pigs, intimidating and threatening the other animals to make sure that the pigs get their way. The narrator ironically notes, It was noticed that they wagged their tails to him [Napoleon] in the same way as the other dogs had been used to do to Mr. Jones (5.15). The end of the novel is already being foreshadowed; the pigs are becoming like their human predecessors.
Indoctrination begins early. HOME SCHOOL!!!!
Only in a public school that teaches social indoctrination instead of the 3 R’s.
friggin’ liar.....the stats are that headstart is worthless...
The Children’s Story by James Clavell
Nothing like Liberal brainwashing, ya think?
So when a baby is born we drop it off at the NEA collection center to begin the indoctrination? Or did I miss something? The kids I seen come out of gummit preschool on average know nothing.
First grade (6 or more if not 6 by August) was the first year I went. And I am not even that old.
I guess we are all idiots now.
