The West Virginia eight-grader arrested and suspended over his National Rifle Association T-shirt with an image of a firearm is now facing a $500 fine and a year in jail.

A judge is allowing prosecutors to move forward with charging Jared Marcum, 14, with obstructing an officer, WOWK-TV reported.

This is a situation where the Virginia legislature needs to immediately impeach and remove this judge. Then fire the prosecutor and charge him with civil rights violations.

If we want to take back this country, we need to start on the local and state level and vote conservatives and patriots into office who will protect us from creeping fascism.

In fact, some of you FReepers would make fine legislators on both the local and state levels.
