Is information obtained as a result of a warrantless wiretap admissible in a court of law?

They specifically promised this was not occurring.

They specifically said only Metadata was being collected on all Americans (bad enough).

Arrest the liars for Civil Rights Violations.

RFID Song (My Favorite Things remix)
by Katherine Albrecht

Barcodes and numbers and tracking and symbols
implants so tiny they fit into thimbles
tiny spy cameras that watch while I sing
these are a few of few of my favorite things

RFID tags and GPS trackers
cookies on web sites and chips in my crackers

All the surveillance technology brings
These are a few of my favorite things

Big Brother watching to save me from dangers
X-rays at airports and pat downs by strangers

Homeland Security acting like kings
These are a few of my favorite things

When I'm cornered, when I'm feed up, when I want to flee
I simply remember my favorite things and then I don't feel so free

barcodes and numbers and tracking and symbols
implants so tiny they fit into thimbles
RFID tags and GPS trackers
cookies on web sites and chips in my crackers

Big Brother watching
watching
watching
watching
watching
watching

NSA - “Jerry... you homo. We have certain phone calls of yours, let’s describe them as personal, some credit card receipts, some videos. Perhaps you would like to retract?”

Jerry - “I was wrong!!!!!!!”

Coming soon whenever the gov’t wants your help.

But of course they did.

SNOWDEN, PRISM, AND THE NSA

"27 STATEMENTS BY SNOWDEN ON PRISM

The best expose on PRISM now comes from the 40 year career NSA employee, William Benny, who became the Director of Intelligence there under Geroge W. Bush. He has gone public since Snowden and detailed the full capabilities of PRISM and what the NSA was doing.

Former Director of NSA Intelligence reveals the full extent of PRISM capabilities. MUST SEE!

Another William Benny interview about PRISM and the NSA

The law firms my daughter has worked with will not communicate in any tangible way in attorney to attorney or attorney to client matters. No voice mails, emails, written correspondence, cell phone conversations, texts, etc...... That has been for about a decade from what I understand.

Everything is spoken word with no record except an occasional yellow note pad with little anyone but the author could figger out.

Only computers used are by clerical staff for purposes of court filings and records for billing.

Everything is face to face with no record.
