i already get “emergency weather alerts” on my iphone and it’s annoying when i get pinged every 15 minutes last week during a tornado and flood warning.
nothing i can do if it really is time for me to “check out”

I retired 18 months ago and still kept my iPhone...come February, I’m going cold turkey - nada....gone. I’m gonna sell all my iPhones to one of them online re-packagers and document it to the hilt...who knows? They may end up with Abdul, or Mohammed or Ishtar - whoever, and I can show the FBI all the paperwork....
Tired of paying out the a$$ to stay connected to crap.
