Deceased Boston Marathon bombing suspect Tamerlan Tsarnaev came to the attention of the FBI on at least two occasions prior to a Russian government warning in March 2011 that said he appeared to be radicalizing, FBI Director Robert Mueller said in Congressional testimony this week.
The earlier references have led some lawmakers to question whether the FBI acted too quickly in closing an assessment of Tsarnaev's potential ties to terrorism done in response to the Russian request.

They let it happen to support the “spontaneous” lie, just like Snowden is supporting the “spontaneous” lie.
The Benghazi “spontaneous” lie is nothing more complicated than “the terrorist are so in tune with the news they can pick up on a news story plan and carry out a terrorist attack in just a few minutes” meaning the attacks are spontaneous with little or no planning.
The Boston bombers were supposed to have had the terrorist attack planned for the 4th of July but changed at the last minute, and with just a couple of days planning carried out the bombing then “spontaneously” without any planning whatsoever planned to attack NYC.
With Snowden we’re being led to believe the Obama adm. is doing everything possible to stop terrorist attacks but can’t.
Why?
The terrorist are not planning the attacks long enough in advance to stop the attacks, they’re “spontaneous”.
You end up with a lie to support a lie to support another lie.
Obama’s FBI couldn’t infringe on the rights of the bombers until after they committed the crimes. This is the new kinder gentler more tolerant pro-muslim law enforcement agency
There is no war on terror under Obama. There are misunderstood lone wolves who retaliate at American aggression abroad.
Islamic imperialism is on the rise and Mr. Obama sees this to be a good thing.
John Kerry told us in 2004 that we would have to accept a certain nuisance level of terrorism in the world. This is the liberal mindset.
The big database is not about terrorism, it is about political networking.
Maxine Waters said that the public would not believe the vast database that Obama has created on the voting public.
