My first impulse upon reading that was, "Oh, that makes me feel SO much better /sarc."
But it might work as a poison pill, if it got the votes. And it puts RINOs on the spot.

Those in congress who do nothing else but vote ‘No’ will be as meaningful as those who voted for Mickey Mouse when Boeher came up for a vote in January, if this crap gets to Obamas desk,
