Jennifer Kerns was interviewed last night on AM 560 in Greeley. The lawsuit mentioned is considered frivolous by the petition organizers. This is the newest info I found on the subject.

Unfortunately, because of his status he could not be arrested for oath breaking, and after trial, hanged for treason.

One can only hope “the People” will take care of this democrat in the manner, he is worthy.

Removing him from power is a fate worse than death to a control freak. That works for me! May he stew in hatred of all things conservative for 50 years.

No, but Tom Tancredo, a former congressman is going to run against him. Last election was a mess, with a goofball winning the republican primary. He got 10% of the vote.

Tancredo jumped in 30 days before the election on the CP ticket. He got within about 5% of beating the Looper. If the 10% who voted republican had backed him he would have won.

OOPS. I should have said, I hope “the voters” will take care of him... as that was my intention, not suggesting what I thought he was worthy of.

Something I am quite proud of is the behavior of Colorado gun owners. With roughly 100,000 Colorado big game hunters owning what is essentially a sniper rifle, not one has dropped the hammer on these commies.

There have not even been credible threats. Just lawful first amendment protests and a few petitions filed in accordance with the law. Similar actions by gun owners in New York and Connecticut, lawfully redressing grievances.

I did not think for a minute you were advocating less than lawful action. ( well, maybe for a millisecond or two:)

The lawyer who filed the challenge is a Democrat party hack.

A recall petition is approved as to form by the Secretary of State before it can be circulated.

Jennifer Kerns pointed that out in the radio interview last night. The democrat strategy is to drag it out in court forever. SoS Gessler is an honest guy so we can hope.

I assume a tanker in Colorado is stationed at Fort Carson so you probably cannot get 560 AM in Greeley. If you can the evening drive time show has been all over this.

The recall was organized by 6 locals and petitions were gathered by volunteers. Truly a grass roots venture. The message we will send if we prevail will shock the lefties.

Elections disputes are usually referred to an administrative law judge and not heard by the Secretary personally. There is a very fast time line in the statute. But, you're right, when the Dems lose an election they turn to the courts to try to override the people.

I was at Ft. Carson at one time, but my tanking days are long over. :-))

Speaking strictly as a Coloradan: that arrogant statist is going to be sorry he ever thought to use his office to express his loathsome anti-Second Amendment bigotry.
