Signs of ObamaCare's failings mount daily, including soaring insurance costs, looming provider shortages and inadequate insurance exchanges. Yet the law's most disturbing feature may be the Independent Payment Advisory Board. The IPAB, sometimes called a "death panel," threatens both the Medicare program and the Constitution's separation of powers. At a time when many Americans have been unsettled by abuses at the Internal Revenue Service and Justice Department, the introduction of a powerful and largely unaccountable board into health care merits special scrutiny.
For a vivid illustration of the extent to which life-and-death medical decisions have already been usurped by government bureaucrats, consider the recent refusal by Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius to waive the rules barring access by 10-year old Sarah Murnaghan to the adult lung-transplant list. A judge ultimately intervened and Sarah received a lifesaving transplant June 12. But the grip of the bureaucracy will clamp much harder once the Independent Payment Advisory Board gets going in the next two years....

The aspect of the IPAB tha worries me the most is the attempt by the Congress that passed Obamacare to prevent its future repeal (did you know about that?).
The law says that the IPAB may not be eliminated by any future Congress, unless the Congress in 2017 does so in a seven-month window, and by a 3/5 supermajority in each House. Unless that happens, future Congresses are forbidden from modifying the law.
That is Constitutional amendment by statute, and is obviously unConstitutional.
The death panels shall ultimately make their decisions as to the recipients of life saving expensive procedures based upon race and gender. Further, the media shall not report the actions of the death panels. At present, and for say the next five years, the order shall be blacks, illegal alien blacks, Mexicans, government minority employees, homosexuals, illegal Asians, Asian citizens, single parent white women and employed white women. No white male need apply.

Marian Shields Robinson, mother of former First Lady, Michelle Robinson Obama, died yesterday. In otherwise excellent health, an autopsy determined that the cause of death was a relatively simple to repair coronary artery blockage. She was 80 years old.
Unfortunately, under the 2010 Universal Health Care Act, passed in the last year of the truncated Obama Administration, the surgery necessary to clear the fatal blockage has been routinely ruled by the aptly named Dr. Jack Kevorkian Memorial Federal Death Panel as prohibited on patients over 60 years of age.
The impeached Barack Obama could not be reached for comment. On death row at the Colorado Super-Max prison, he is awaiting execution for treason against the Constitution and the people of the United States and humanity.
The Republican breakaway New Freedom Party, which began winning congressional seats in the 2010 election and completed its sweep of conventional Republicans and Democrats from office in the 2016 election, has pledged to eliminate what President Palin called “…these unfortunate and unnecessary deaths of our older citizens who have, after all, done much to build this nation.” She went on to say “Of course, we all die. But this foolishly enacted legislation is consigning countless millions of otherwise healthy, capable, often wisdom-laden loved parents and grandparents to early graves for simply corrected problems. It’s just morally wrong.”
Due to the urgency of the need, Senate Majority Leader Rand Paul (NFP, KY) has pledged to hold as many all-night sessions, 24/7 necessary to repeal the Universal Health Care Act. Once finished, he promised to get on with the public executions for treason of 58 Obama officials being demanded by millions of irate taxpayers. “We’d have done this sooner but due to demand from other Western nations, the manufacturer of the Acme 2 Position Super-Deluxe Slice-O-Matic guillotine has a one year backlog.” Paul said the area in front of the Capitol has been ready for the device for 6 months.
When reached by phone for comment, former First Lady Michelle Obama, muttered a few unprintable scatological and profane terms and something about no longer being “…proud of this crappy country – not that I ever was.”
Before hanging up, she blurted that her mother died because “…those honky idiots Reid and Pelosi screwed up and forgot to insert the promised exemptions for us, the members of the ruling class and their families, from the legislation.”
Arrangements are pending but those close to the family have hinted that Mrs. Robinson will be taken to Kenya for burial. Mrs. Obama has declared that she and her daughters will remain in Kenya — eventually found to be the actual birthplace of the disgraced former usurper president — and never return to the United States.

I used to run my tagline, "The Key to Marxism is Medicine"
Medicine, and in this case Obamacare, is the key to totally controlling us and implementing a marxist regime in this country.
It is not just losing our insurance or having to pay more for it or having to stand in line for it. It is the deliberate plan to totally control our bodies and souls by a regime our Founding Fathers would recognize as treasonous criminals.
All of our freedoms are on the line and Obamacare is the lynchpin to putting it all into place.
Worst part is during the last election, the republican hierarchy did not support Palin’s statements regarding death panels. Repubs really blew the last election by running Romney.
I believe that Palin would have gotten more of the Hispanic votes. A lot of female Hispanics liked Palin. And several of my hispanic patients have children with Down’s syndrome. They also do not believe in abortion.
Repubs need to pay more attention to Mama grizzly.
Pay close attention when and if these people are nominated. Take note of their names and personal information. They will make a decision that some one is going to take exception to and then all hell will break loose.

So, as in all countries with socialized medicine, a two-tier system was created: one for the "gray masses" and the other, with a completely different level of service, for the bureaucrats and their intellectual servants. In the USSR, it was often the case that while workers and peasants were dying in the state hospitals, the medicine and equipment that could save their lives was sitting unused in the nomenklatura system.

We’ll never know who sits on the board.
This will not only aid the members of the public in finding them (first amendment right of redress) but also minimize the impact those folks might otherwise have on neighborhood conditions.
They will be creating a large class of people with nothing left to lose. And they are also people who know how to get things done.
