i do believe that's Assad. He's the leader of the Alawites. The Alawites are traditionally the defenders of the Christian minority in Syria. No, he's not Kerry's bud. He wants to kill all the Christians in Syria and Assad and the Alawites are all that stands between him and his ambition.

Good point, but we need to be clear as to the original point.
'Islam' as we define it is a creed, allegedly delivered straight from 'God', which excuses any malfeasance by a particular band of creeps who origianally made their living hijacking caravans travelling the wastes of the Arabian peninsula.
If 'Islam' were to be put into a modern context, Mohammed would be, oh I don't know, maybe Sonny Barger. Or Huey Long, Tommy from Goodfellas, Charlie Manson; you get my drift. Some charismatic, but dangerous psychopath who can find a way to rationalize anything he wants, and can demonstrate to his followers that they can profit from this sickness if they adopt it too. A moral exemption from humanity if you will.
Farrakhan is no 'orthodox' moslem. But he's good enough for 'taqqiah', he is successful as hell at what he does, and that is WAY good enough for government work.

Both sides in that fight are barbaric savages who delight in inflicting as much suffering as possible on the women and children of either side.

We had a good chance to stay out of that mess and let the two sides fight it out among themselves, but Obozo appears to be quite willing to send more of our finest young people over that hellhole to either come home in body bags or if alive without arms, legs, eyes, and other essential body parts. Neither side of that cat fight is any better than the other, and both sides hate Israel, the US, and the rest of the civilized world in that order.

I hate to see any innocent young boys or girls massacred by bloodthirsty inhuman savages like that poor kid was. But countless other such merciless atrocities are committed by Islamic fanatics every year and apparently nothing can be done to stop them short of wiping that savage religion off the face of the earth. Islam is by far the most cruel, vicious, hate-filled false religion since that of ancient Israel's enemies who burned their own babies and young children to death on brass alters in order to placate their heathen gods It's hard for me to decide which demon-worshipping false religion's adherents deserve the hottest cell block in hell.
