The great “Arab Spring” Hoax--What is this nonsense about an Arab Spring?

What is this nonsense about an Arab Spring?

The so-called “Arab Spring” has been growing since 2010 when a man in Tunisia burned himself to death in protest at his treatment by police. But it has little to do with Arabs and far more to do with Muslims. Most of the countries involved are not Arab countries at all.

The countries that really are Arabian have put down minor revolts and made some concessions to avoid the upheaval in neighboring countries. So why call the uprising in six countries the “Arab Spring”?

TUNISIA:  Tunisians were originally Berber tribesmen who were invaded by the Muslim Arabs and others to form a mixed race. But Arabs – they are not.

EGYPT: Although Egyptians speak a form of Arabic they are proud to be Egyptians and are a mixture of Africans and many other races. They certainly do not look upon themselves as Arabs.

LYBIA:  Libyans are not Arabs either. They are a mixture of Maghrebi tribesmen, Africans, and other invading armies.

TURKEY: Although some elements of the Turkish population have embraced the revolution to attempt a totally Islamic society, they certainly are not Arabs.

IRAN:  Don’t dare refer to an Iranian as an Arab. They are of the early Persian Empire and feel themselves vastly superior to Arabs. They don’t even speak Arabic.

SYRIA: Again the Syrian race is far from being Arab. They never had anything to do with the Arabian Peninsula where the true Arabs came from.

It is not an “Arab Spring” but the installation of Islamists.

The Caliph Obama used US power to overthrow many governments and install Islamists.

It’s the long, dark springtime of Obama’s perverted mind, an experiment of Western eagerness to celebrate a lie, or, as Hillary might fancy, a totally absurd way of reaching into chaos to pull Democracy our of a turban.

These comments are largely nonsense. Tunisians, Libyans, Egyptians, and Syrians do indeed consider themselves to be Arabs. Heck, back in the day Egypt and Syria combined (sort of) to form the United Arab Republic. All these countries have minorities that do not consider themselves Arab, but Arabic culture and identity is dominant.

The author is correct about Iranians and Turks.

What's with all the race talk? Some form of Arabic is the official language in these countries, isn't it?

Americans aren't all "racially" English, but last time I checked we were an English-speaking country and part of the English-speaking world.

The "Arab Spring" relates to the "Springtime of Nations" or "Spring of the People" in 1848.

The revolutions and uprisings of that year didn't succeed, so there's a certain degree of irony or uncertainty built into the phrase, "Arab Spring."

I should have said "Some form of Arabic is the official language in Tunisia, Libya, Egypt, and Syria, isn't it?"

That's not true of Turkey or Iran.

The Iranian Mullahs called all this the “Islamic awakening”. That certainly did away with the “Arab” narrative in particular.

And no, most Egyptians are Arabs and do see themselves that way, even going so far as to call the country the “Arab Republic of Egypt” (in English that is; in Arabic they refer to themselves as “al-Masry”, cognate with the Hebrew name for Egypt which is “Mizraim”). The Copts are the actual true Egyptians, being the race of people that Moses interacted with. Although to be a bit pedantic, Ishmael (the father of the Arabs) was half-Egyptian through his mother Hagar.

This is the ***islamic caliphate*** on-the-move, and it’s proceeding on-schedule, thanks to the 0muslim/traitor/racist/marxist filth in The White Hut/Crib.

“The great “Arab Spring” Hoax—What is this nonsense about an Arab Spring?”

ask me in 50 years. Because that is the kind of time frame we are looking at.

The turks have a long history. They’ve been spartans, later the romans, and the mongolean ottomans got there via persia. Istanbul for instance, once known as Constantinoples and before called Byzantium shows that there have been various tribes and cultures over time. It’s a mixed culture, but not arab at all.

Aren’t Egyptian Arabs of mixed blood-both Arab and native Egyptian?

>Although to be a bit pedantic, Ishmael (the father of the Arabs) was half-Egyptian through his mother Hagar.

Was Ishmael really the father of the Arabs, or some other Semitic people?
