Cops turned up at Justin Bieber's gated community on Friday in response to calls reporting alleged reckless driving through the streets.
Police arrived at The Oaks compound in Calabasas, Calif., to speak to residents who complained about the singer's associates allegedly speeding around the area, reports E! News.
According to E!, an emergency meeting of the community's homeowner association has now been set for Monday to address neighbours' concerns about Bieber's behaviour within the exclusive estate in recent weeks.
One unidentified local says, "It has been escalating for the past six months, he has begun to flip over to a really dark side. It's aggressive, reckless behaviour. They have sent him warnings. He's out of control. Everyone has a Bieber white Ferrari story... God forbid someone gets hurt by that car. He just feels like he is above the law."
The 19-year-old superstar was previously investigated by authorities for racing his Ferrari sportscar around The Oaks, but he was reportedly cleared after it emerged it was actually his rapper pal Tyler, The Creator behind the wheel.
Residents are also said to be angry about late-night parties at the pop star's property, as well as guests parking on the road overnight.
TMZ also posted video of Bieber's housemates -- Lil Za and Lil Twist racing through the singer's Calabasas neighbourhood.
In other Bieber-related news, the singer posted a shirtless video of himself to Instagram.

Anyone who would paint a Ferrari white should be shot, buried, dug up, and shot again! Didn't the dealer tell this "Lil" Snot that Ferrari's are RED, they always have been and they always will be. He might as well have torn off the Rampant Stallion badge as desecrated an automotive icon with white paint.
Some things are universally and eternally true, Ferrari's are RED. He may have had enough money to buy a Ferrari but that does not mean he owns it. A Ferrari is a work of art and is to be cherished and displayed as such. The crass Lil Snot may as well have gilded the stallion and have a "Power Glide" installed.

In this case, it seems Bieber is brutish, unintelligent, shallow trash.
If a judge really once to punish him, he should require Bieber to drive a Ford Pinto. That might be crual and unusual punishment, however.

Respectfully, look how many times Lindsay Lohan has gotten off the hook. I’d love to see this knucklehead get punished, but I doubt any LA County judge would carry out a meaningful sentence. Thank you.

Well, my nephew has a Powder Blue 360 Barchetta and the guy across the street just came home with a new California Spyder in Very Dark Metallic Blue! But I must admit a White Ferrari is about as odd as you can get!

Hey, but for God’s grace we’d be equally frivolous, and until we’ve accepted God’s saving love, something which to my knowledge Bieber hasn’t, we’re in a pickle with God.
Oh don’t worry about the Ferrari. It can always be repainted sensibly by the next owner if Bieber does not wreck it.
