More forest for the cartels to grow in. I’m will be interested to see if the cartels roll into Mendocino County and start making the growers there an offer they can’t refuse.

Since the video is 30 min. long, most relevant parts are between 8:00 and 18:00. Also, starting about 24:00, although U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service is not mentioned, Mr. Pratt brings up a very important point related to issue being addressed by this thread.
