New amendment adds jobs bill to Gang of Eight immigration plan

Opponents of the Gang of Eight immigration bill have spent the weekend looking for hard-to-find changes in a piece of legislation that was substantially re-written by the Hoeven-Corker amendment. But there’s one big change that’s right out in the open — impossible to miss, in fact.

The original Gang bill ended with a section designated Title IV, which was headlined REFORMS TO NON-IMMIGRANT VISA PROGRAMS. The Hoeven-Corker version of the bill added a Title V, with the headline JOBS FOR YOUTH. The measure would provide $1.5 billion in the next two years to provide jobs for Americans between the ages of 16 and 24. It was originally pushed by Democratic Sen. Bernard Sanders, who wanted to come to the aid of young workers who were “hard hit by the Wall Street-caused recession.” Now, Sanders says immigration reform will further damage youth job prospects.

I was just getting ready to post this. This is another stimulus bill for more money laundering by the criminal-in-chief as well as an afront to all legal immigrants and the American people!

Another bad bill filled with pork and sh*t pie that they want to pass first so we can find out how bad we have screwed later! What is the rush to screw over legal Americans to reward invaders? And what SPECIAL people will be next on the gravy train? I’m pretty damn sure they won’t be American!

Sanders says immigration reform will further damage youth job prospects.

If it is going to damage youth job prospects, then don't vote for it.

Make’s sense. Need to spend more gov money on stimulus because American jobs will be lost due to amnesty giving illegals those jobs.

Except I watched the Sunday shows ABC and NBC today and everyone on those shows agreed that amnesty would CREATE jobs not take them away. They said that every expert agrees on this. Everyone! (they didn't explain how this would happen but if the experts say so they then who can argue?)

Why should they be Americans? After all, the Islamocommunist in Chief bitterly hates America and Americans and wants to see us subjugated and obliterated; hence, the immigration bill.

If we don’t get a reform package, the border will not be secured.

If we do get a reform package, the border will not be secured.

If we don’t grant amnesty, there will be riots.

The GOP will die if they don’t support amnesty.

The GOP will die if they do support amnesty.

Just what the bill needs: $1.5 billion funding indoctrination of brown shirt youth for Marxist Obama.

I don't want a major reform package.

Enforce the laws now on the books, and/or eliminate those that are not working to secure our borders and reduce illegal immigration.

Adding another 1000+ pages of “laws” the feds won't enforce is treasonous!

When is the next time the guilty gather together in DC?
Why can't a coalition of Governors send an allied group of State National Guardsmen to cordon them off and arrest them enmasse! We have already descended into anarchy anyways, right.

The gov’t is going to provide jobs? Theat means businesses that gave to the D’s will get million dollar grants to create a few temp jobs. Taxpayers pay for it.

Remember when Maxine Waters got millions added to the Hurricane Katrina aid bill for her homies in CA? Democrats aren’t the least bit shy about getting their pound of flesh out of every funding bill that comes down the pike. That’s how the US deficit became the monster that is swallowing the economy.

They want to put an amendment in that will stop illegal immigration in it’s tracks just put in an amendment that there will be no legalization until the unemployment rate goes to 4% for one full year and the border is secure. No democrat would dare vote against it.

This is a spending bill, not “immigration reform”. Kill it Boehner, or you and the GOP are finished.
