He went into a housing project in Camden waiving a Confederate flag?

Talk about stupid. It’s surprising he came out alive.

Is there no freedom of speech anymore? Seriously the dude was an idiot and maybe charge him with disorderly conduct but a
bias crime for waving a flag and calling people ni**ers?

It would be different if he was a cop on duty or something. He has no power over anyone in that housing project and did he threaten them with weapons? And do you think the illegal shit going on in that housing project should be more of a concern to the state of NJ, this includes murders of kids by gang bangers?

"Bias intimidation"?

So it's not if anyone actually felt intimidated from/by/with "bias", the decision is at the sole discretion of the state. So what is someone to do if they claim to feel "bias intimidation" from a homo pride parade?

Liberals: making laws for others to knuckle under to while they find ways around the very rules they make.

Did you check out this from the article:

Camden County Police Chief Scott Thomson says he's asking the United States Attorney's Office to review the case and possibly take over the prosecution.

Are they serious? This makes me sick, and this law needs to be taken to the highest level and fought hard. Too bad people just rather escape with being raped financially by the state once a lawyer is bought and paid for to fight this crap.

This morning, as I was walking my dog, I encountered a neighbor washing his car.

He was a huge Black Man, with dreadlocks down to his waist.

He was wearing a Leonard Skynnard T-Shirt complete with the Stars and bars.

I shot the breeze with him for a while, talking about some nasty trees that were dropping sap upon our cars, and discussing that they be removed by the Property Management.

I Never mentioned the shirt, but evidently, some white folks are more intimidated by the Confederate Flag than Black folks.

And here I thought the Feds were only supposed to be involved in intrastate situations. My bad for believing in the Constitution, unlike the Feds, who treat it like toilet paper. What does this have to do with intrastate? Just more Fed intrusion in our daily lives.

I'd suggest the guy's lawyer fight turning this over to a Fed prosecution if I had any hope a Fed judge would agree that it is a state issue, but that's highly unlikely. All those at the Fed level are deeply in live with their power over us little people.

What he did is illegal! Only burning the US flag and bashing Christians is legal!

****He’s charged with bias intimidation,****

I’d call him being a jerk. If some of the residents had taken him down and beat the coon dog s#!t out of him, who can complain since he initiated the problem.

Agreed that the "bias crime" nonsense is just that. But, freedom of speech? He was on private property. Racially-motivated or not, if someone climbs a fence onto private property and starts screaming epithets and/or threats at the residents, it's going to be something more thad disorderly conduct.

Sounds fishy to me. I’ve been to more country concerts than I can count. Over the past 40 years I’ve seen some of the “rowdiest” acts in country. I’ve seen lots of drunks and I’ve seen some smoke pot smokers at Willie shows, but not once have I ever heard people shouting the “N” word. Then again, I am from the South where, contrary to popular notions, blacks and whites are accustomed to one another and generally get along. I can’t say what goes on in New Jersey.

BREAKING!

COMMUNITY ACCUSED OF BIAS AND INTIMIDATION IN NEIGHBORHOOD

According to eyewitnesses, the Freeper known as "golux" was subjected to harassment, racial epithets, and a mugging in his own neighborhood in a well-known American city for a period of no less than five years.

His skin color is other than that of the assailants.

Known around the neighborhood for picking up McDonald's and KFC packaging, minding his own business, and waving from time to time, he was also subjected to automobile break-ins and traumatizing shootings which occurred on his block - on his street between short blocks - from 3 to 4 times a year. No charges will be filed.

In New America you have Freedom of Speech, unless it offends someone, who can then have you arrested.

"bias intimidation"

Memorize it, repeat it until you know it down pat. You'll be soon using it without understanding the words, like you use "affirmative action", "choice", "gay", etc.

I find your curt, epithet-laced description of this fantasy offensive, callous, and niggardly to boot.
