Oh, and “sealing” the border is not what we are talking about, as most know. We are talking about securing the border. Completely different aims.

She shifts to “sealing the border” talk by saying you can't SEAL the border, as the Berlin Wall proved (some always get though), but you can sure SECURE the border.
