WASHINGTON Canada and the United States have reached an agreement on the future of the Peace Bridge following months of bad blood between Canadians and Americans on the 80-year-old committee that oversees the crucial southern Ontario border crossing.
Gov. Mario Cuomo and Gary Doer, the Canadian ambassador to the U.S., said Wednesday that the agreement reached after several days of high-level meetings will speed up improvements to the Peace Bridge, one of the busiest border crossings between the U.S. and Canada.
Its called the Peace Bridge, its not called the Conflict Bridge, Doer said in an interview from Buffalo following the announcement. This is a good deal for hard hats, not lawyers.

Knowing Cuomo’s past history, I would guess that he probably felt he wasn’t getting a big enough kick-back.

This is 100% Andrew Cuomo creating a crisis, so he can throw his weight around, get headlines and then claim he “solved” the problem. its fodder for his future political plans.
There is absolutely nothing in this agreement that was not already planned by the Peace Bridge Commission. Everything will proceed just as it was planned before he created the false crisis.
Cuomo The Lesser,it would appear,doesn't understand that the Rat Party won't nominate another white heterosexual male for the WH for another 100 years...if ever again.
