FDR was a Progressive tyrant, to be sure. But even he did not take his shoes off in a Shinto temple 4 days after Pearl Harbor to tell us the Japanese people were peaceful and only their radical leaders were the enemy. Dubya did this 4 days after 9/11, declaring Islam the ‘religion of peace” in a filty, Muslim Brotherhood-linked mosque, while smoke was still rising over the WTC. I will forever hate him for that. He tied one hand behind our collective backs that day.
Patton wanted all American POWs held by the Soviets returned to the US. Wonder how many US POWs were murdered by the Soviets?

Apparently it was to the New York Times.
A lot of the "show trials" in the Eastern bloc countries happened because of pressure from Stalin. A disproportionate number of those tried and found guilty were Jewish.
An excellent book on this is “Target Patton”. A real eye opener.

Obastard is repeating most of the path FDR took to bastardize the Constitution and accumulate ultimate power to himself. He built a mythology around himself, his family, his party that has been reinstituted by der Fuehrer. He had no problems licking Old Joe’s shoes whenever he was ordered to do so.

That's an interesting statement, bray.
I doubt Franklin Roosevelt was ever a full communist, which would have been far too risky a move for a presidential candidate to make; conversely, I'm sure he hired communists and placed them in positions of great authority. Was he a communist dupe, a communist sympathizer, or a so-called "progressive" who figured he'd use communists for his own purposes? I can't say, but have a hunch history will.
The more interesting question is this: was Stalin a communist?
That leads to a still more interesting question: was Lenin a communist?
I believe both were thoroughly evil creatures who used communism as their paths to power. I believe the highest goal for both—and Mao, and Castro, et alia—was mass murder. If some other ideology had been available and looked likely to help them achieve the ultimate power, they'd have chosen that rather than communism. Ultimately, it's always about mass murder.
