A review of the political party registration of signers of the petition to recall Senate President John Morse over his anti-gun votes has shown a surprising level of bipartisanship in the effort.
Perhaps most shockingly, less than half of the signers are Republicans.
Looks like that there are a lot of Democrats who are having buyers’ remorse.
Being the grammar Nazi here, but shouldn’t it be “fewer than half?”
I don’t know. I’ll take your word for it grammar Nazi. :)
The 2nd Amendment issue seems to be the only one with ardent supporters on both sides, surprisingly. A LOT fewer in the Democrat ranks, granted, but the ones who are there are very vocally adamant about it.
Not attacking the article, just the EneMedia source that wrote it.
What party does UAF stand for? Seems to be a high percentage.
At first glance, I saw it as “Moose Recall”, and thought another one bit someone’s sister!
Unaffiliated I believe.
I think. :-o
Morse recall ping.
Being the grammar Nazi here, but shouldnt it be fewer than half?
Only if you want to sound intelligent and educated; in that case, however, it might be worth your while to revisit your question and figure out what the word "but" is supposed to do in it.
