Here's an email I just got from Linda:
72.
That's how many hours remain until we reach our quarterly fundraising deadline.
And in 72 hours, my opponents, out-of-state special interest groups, and the media will be watching to see the numbers we report.
upchuck, I am constantly under attack for being an outspoken conservative. Two groups have already spent over $200,000 running TV and radio ads against me in the past few weeks.
There are very serious issues facing our country right now. I spend every day fighting on behalf of South Carolinians to fix those problems with conservative solutions.
I'm not independently wealthy, so I rely on the generous support of friends like you to provide the resources our campaign needs. As one of my most loyal supporters, I need your help.
Please stand with me today by making a generous donation of $25, $50, $100 or more before the fundraising deadline this weekend.
Thank you for your unwavering support.
Sincerely,
Lindsey Graham
Lindsey Graham
United States Senator
P.S. Your generous donation today will make sure our campaign has the resources it needs. Only 72 hours remain until our quarterly deadline. Please follow this link to make a donation of $25, $50, $100 or more right away. Thank you.
And, guess what? I proudly contributed to that. I will contribute to anyone, anytime, anywhere if by doing so I can help toss you on your ass in the primary next year. You are NOT a conservative. My friends know you are NOT a conservative. We tell everyone you are NOT a conservative.
It remains to be seen who will run against you. But I will tell you this: if I feel they will not beat you in the primary then in the general I will do something I have never, ever done before: vote for the DemocRAT. You need to be out of office, one way or the other.

PS - Any truth that you've got $5+mil to spend next year?
No, I'm afraid I don't have much confidence that Lady Lindsey will go until he/she wants to leave. Such is the situation of the last decade's 'Operations: FUB*R' by those DC traitors who claim to represent We The People.
I'm not sure. Richard Cash has declared he's running. I guess you could send him some money.
I'm waiting till the race settles down a little and then decide.
So, let's say that Trey Gowdy jumps into the race, which would absolutely thrill conservatives. I suspect that among GOP voters, he'd outpoll Graham 2:1..But the Democrats will encourage ALL their voters, especially blacks.. to vote for Graham in the GOP primary..and he'll likely get a majority of independents as well. Plus, Graham has $5 mill in his campaign chest that he can toss into the primary.
I'm not saying it can't be done..just that the math is real difficult. And this assumes that there's only one primary opponent. If he has 2, or more, it makes it far easier for him. And Gowdy would have to give up his very safe House seat to run for the Senate.
Personally, I think there will have to be a legitimate early poll that shows Graham in deep trouble.. then anything could happen.
FYI..here's a link to a great piece by Nancy Mace on why Graham needs to go. I think she'll announce next month at the Red State Gathering in August ( same forum where Perry announced he was running for president )
Got it, Thanks a lot!
